DO NOT RENT HERE! This is a classic tale of American capitalism, deception and greed! There are many loopholes in the safety and security here. If you must rent here, do not buy their insurance! IT IS A SCAM! Bring a homeowners or renters insurance policy. Their insurance company will give any bogus reason to not pay out claims. Ive been renting here for 3 years. My storage unit was recently burglarized. MY LOCK WAS NOT BROKEN OFF; BUT MANY ITEMS ARE MISSING! Because Ive been paying for their insurance policy, that I was told that I had to have at the time I moved in, I filed a police report and insurance claim. Needless to say, they denied my claim. The goal is to get as many consumers to buy coverage, only to deny claims when things happens. Their reasoning for denying my claim is that there is no proof of forced entry! No, my lock wasnt broken off but clearly some really savvy thieves found their way inside. It couldve been the mesh ceiling or wall! When the employees reviewed the alleged thiefs access history, it was found out that the man had been there regularly and spent an hour or more in the facility on occasions. The security footage from the parking lot shows him leaving with nothing at all even after staying there over an hour. Another video shows him putting several things in his car. However, the surveillance video is so poor, especially compared to the technology that currently exists, that we couldnt make out the items that he loaded into his car. The police could barely make out faces on the footage. Since his personal lock has been sawed off and hes been locked out of the unit, that tenant has not been back to fight his case. How is it that hed been there regularly in the past, but now hes missing in action? Weeks have gone by and the same lock that was was placed on his unit by management is still there. What makes matters worst is that when the police arrived, they noticed that their unit, which is on the other side of my old unit had been burglarized also! The wire ceiling above their units was cut open. The staff told the officers that they didnt know how long their ceiling was cut open like that! So they dont even check regularly! The truth is that THERE IS NO WAY SECURE YOUR ITEMS HERE! Dont let their big display of camera monitors in the office make you feel safe! There are about 3 cameras! None in the elevators or on the floors. The pedestrian doors to the gate can be opened without a code. The entrance to the facility is open 24/7. All of this makes it super easy for people to get in and pick through peoples things without ever being caught. Theres even possibility of violent attacks without any proof of the crime! Employees will insist that you have to have insurance at the time of move-in BUT YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BUY THEIR SCAM! Public Storage is scamming the public out of millions via the bogus insurance policy that is forced upon tenants. Its affiliate, Sedgwick, is wrongfully denying claims to satisfy its client--Orange Door Insurance. Do not be fooled. Orange Door Insurance is Public Storage. Their goal is simple--take your money and keep it. Ive read horror stories of customers on various websites that were denied claims even when their lock had been broken off! I love my job, Rosie said, smiling, whilst holding one end of my heavy leather sofa. I couldn’t believe in all my years of using storage facilities that an attendant was so helpful, I didn’t even have to ask for a hand with all my boxes. Impressive! From the initial quote, which was well communicated, recommending the right size unit, client follow through, after sales service… Rosie from the North Bay Village location is professional outfit. Rosie deserves more than a mention in this review. As a client service specialists for over 20 years, I am so impressed at the friendly atmosphere, specialized care and positive energy I see on display every time Rosie is at the front desk. Rosie knows every single client by name. Rosie was a referral from a close friend in FTL, who refuses to move any personal belongings he has in his unit in Mia due to Rosie. I have on a handful of occasions ever felt the need to write personal references. Moving no longer is complicated when dealing the best in the game. Rosie you have been AMAZING! Thank You 4414

I have been with this storage for nearly 2 years and have been beyond satisfied with the staff, service and safety not only for myself but for my belongings as well. Adrian the property manager has always gone above and beyond to make my needs met with a breeze. If there was ever a time that my payments had issues or if i forgot to pay, they were always prompt to update me so that I would continue with the ease that it always had been. I recommend this storage facility to family and friends and I know everyone is as satisfied as I am because the facility is exceptional.

I was recently recommended from one of my friends to this Public Storage on NorthBay. I have to say is the best decision Ive made. Ive stored with other PS facilities and other storage places that are not PS and this one has been the best facility that PS has from my experience. Adrian the manager helped me through everything and explained everything to me. He is extremely professional, and knows his business. He helped me find a great space for my furniture and I couldnt be happier. I will definitley recommend this storage facility to my friends and family. Thank you.

I’m a new customer of Public Storage and I’ve found their service to be extremely friendly and professional. I’ve been very pleased with their great customer service.Staff is willing to help in any way possible... Unit prices very reasonable. Location is very clean and meets all my expectations. If you head that way make sure you ask for the Property Manager he helped me with all my questions and made sure everything was taken care of in regards to my storage unit.

This place deserves 5 stars and more. There is an employee named Morley and hes super nice and very helpful. I had a problem with my storage door latch it wouldnt close and Morley came up right away upstairs after I told him and help me fix it with no problem. He went more and beyond for me, instead of just telling me we have to charge you for a new one he came up and help me. If you happen to use this pacific public storage Motley is the guy to talk to.

Excellent storage facility, i would personally like to thank Adrian for all the help he provided since i been using the facility. He made sure i understood all the procedure and the rest of the staff always been friendly and helpfull in everyway. The facility is clean and well maintained. Currently i`m out of the country and I feel all the stuff i have in the storage are safe and secure. Overall, a great place to storage.

Many FAKE REVIEWS are posted here. More than likely from the staff. I was having a good experience until they RAISED RATES after 3 months for NO REASON!! When asked why my rate was raised $22/month the answer is that I have no contract and am on a month to month. I guess that means rates can be raised monthly until im forced out and they start over again luring the next poor joe customer in.
