They worked with me to accommodate my needs even though they didnt have the size I originally requested. They even calculated which was less expensive - - what I initially requested and what they could offer - - and gave me the lower price. I accidentally overpaid one month and called the office to ask for a credit. I left a message as the office was closed. The owner called me on her day off, when the office was closed, and spoke to me to make sure I was at ease and assured me that she would take care of it the next day. She not only followed up with me the next day but also double checked when I moved out that I received the credit and was satisfied. The units I had were clean and easily accessible. The staff was very helpful during move in and move out too. I recall reading some comments that some people were upset by their move out policy but in all fairness to the company, they are very clear about what is required to vacate from day one. Personally, I had a great experience and would definitely use them again.

Ive stored my things at EZ Storage for almost a year now. When I first moved to the Pittsburgh area I had to have a large storage unit until my apartment was ready and I could move things in, so I did that on the month-to-month that they have available, getting 1 month free as they advertised. Then about 6 months later Id moved all my apartment stuff there but still needed a unit - but smaller. I paid through the end of my month and then started a new lease on a smaller unit to save money. They again honored the 1 month free deal, so that was great! In addition, Chris helped me move one of my large filing cabinets drawer by drawer into their free onsite truck to get it into the other unit, which was in another building. Chris and Christy both provide awesome customer service - they are really nice people. I highly recommend Greentree EZ Storage!

Found the right store unit after looking at 4 different storage units. Originally out of the size I wanted. Management very helpful, patient going unit to unit till I found exactly what I needed. Love that management lives on site. Gated storage. Long hours for you to use the facility. Very happy with choosing this storage facility.

Easily the most comprehensive all around customer service in the area. Considering only Sanda and Alex control the entire complex, their one on one interaction was professional and exceeded my expectations. Will not use another storage facility in the Pittsburgh area. Dont believe me then just pick up the phone and call!!!!!

Ive used this storage facility and I would recommend it to anyone whos looking for a storage company. The employees are very professional and courteous to your needs. Also, the facility is monitored 24 hours a day and they assist in keeping your units and contents safe. This allows all renters peace of mind. :)

Awesome place! Its well taken care of and very clean. The managers are helpful, friendly and just amazing. Theyre quick to take care of any problem or just to offer assistance. I never thought I would call a storage facility nice, but its very nice.
