Dont waste your hard earned money storing anything here! They have a leaky roof. Your belongings will get wet, then mildew, then infested with German roaches (yes I saw baby roaches running about). When you complain to the owner he will inform you, you should have purchased worthless renters insurance (which does not cover negligent lack of roof repair) because you signed a limited liability contract. So unless you want to waste hundreds or thousands in storage fees, destroy your personal property, or take your chances in small claims court I would avoid this facility like plague.

About average. There are always Rat Droppings on the tops of the boxes and dead roaches when we move things around... MAKE SURE YOU SEAL everything really well.
