Ive had storage here for years and never have I had bad customer service till today 102115. The lady there was great and helpful the so call manager on duty a black guy with dreads was rude and nasty. The majority of my time there he was outside on a personal call and smoke break after I expressed my concern for not having space to carry one large item and would be back for it in 5 mins he got rude and started yelling saying I need to take the item and go I cant leave it there to pick it back up. When I went back in to ask the lady for rope he rudely said he is the manager I am to talk to him after I advised I was speaking with the lady who assisted me. He said she is in training and he would know all to my concern when yet he was hardly in the building. Myself as a manager train people and do not leave them alone for over 20 mins to fend for themselve when they so called in training. I pay for the storage for the full month and he said that once I take all items out of it I can no longer access the property.

We have had a storage in this building for several months and the man darrel was very rude when just asking a question the lady malissa waa in trainng and had gave us wrong info so was speaking to darrel about the info that was given to me and he repeatedly said itwas not his problem that malissa gave me wrong info AND MY UNIT WAS COVERED IN MOLD it was all over the front of my unit and again said was not his problem and that the mold was due to non climent control witch if that was the case it would have been all over and was not just in front right corner my two coauches ruined and told darrel he didnt even want to call anyone ti see if their was a leak and wa very rude when im in tears about my unit I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND WILL TELL EVERYINE I NO HOW IT WAS. THANK U

Horrible customer service. The managers are rude and do not care how they speak to you. I paid my $300 storage fee and was evicted the next day with no remorse. I was forced to leave in 4 days or my things would have been trashed. NEVER RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE !!!

A little under staffed due to someone calling in sick the day I went. I still rented, place is clean well, well kept and so on. Front desk lady was hustling to keep up.
