Freight elevator currently not working. Made it difficult to move my furniture since I have a unit on the second floor. I am near the exit and the door would not stay open so I would have to place something to hold it open while I go up and down the stairs. Going through the process of getting the unit was okay there was a lot of distractions from other customers coming in. Going back and forth between other customers and I made my wait longer than it needed to be. One good thing is they close at 10 p.m. so I was able to move all my stuff within 3 days.

The elevator is not working and there is no AC. I had the worst experience moving in there. I messed up all my furnitures by using a small stairs to the 2e floor. I would not recommend anyone else there.

Nazareth is the best person Ive met. She helps whn needed and is polite at all times whn i cme in. Her customer service is the best and should b passed dwn 2 other employees which can b rude at times.
