I actually was visiting a friend who was going thru a hard time. Had his things stored here. At first customer service was great. But then they flipped on him. Said he was inhabiting his unit, which was completely false. I know because we stayed in a hotel while I was visiting. Tried to show the managers including the district/area manager. They terminated his lease without cause or any court or anything. It said in his contract that it would resort to default. They said they had rights to do so. I believe they need to update their contracts since they say this is a frequent thing. Also, that area manager needs some training. How does one determine how long you can be in a storage you pay for, if youre only there doing the access hours? And the place was really nice. Sad to say this is something their customers have issues with. SAD BUSINESS PRINCIPLES.

We all know moving is stressful and storage can be too. I am so pleased to have visited Uncle Bobs Store #492. Nicole is the most professional, knowledgable and polite business person I have come across in a long, long time especially here in Miami. We feel very confident that our most prized possessions, namely our family photos are in capable hands and are safe in Uncle Bobs climate controlled facility. I went to uncle bobs storage and was assisted by Nicole. This woman went above and beyond for me and my family. She stayed past closing to ensure my family and I were able to store our things. Normally when stores are closing they watch you with a aggravated look upon there face but NOT Nicole she took her time with us making sure we understood everything. I will definitely refer all my friends and family to uncle Bobs because of Nicole. No other storage compares because of Nicoles customer service thank you so much Nicole you were just amazing.

Today 4/20/2016 I went to Uncle Bob due to the bad service that I received from the so call Professional Storag 2151 N.E.163rd St. North Miami Beach,Fl(REALLY) theirs nothing professional about these people at this location but think God they closed. I met Nicole who was very -very sweet and patience took her time to show me around and the different units that she had available. Because of her friendly service I will stay here and I am very much happy with her and the location as well very (CLEAN ).

OUTSTANDING!!! Unbelievable that I would have such a wonderful experience renting a storage space. I have honestly heard such nightmarish stories that I dreaded renting a space. This was actually first long term (6 months for me was a long time without my belongings) rental. Nicole was just wonderful from beginning to end! I cannot say enough good things about my experience. I thoroughly recommend this self storage! Kudos !!!!

I went with my grandmother to rent a space and the lady Nicole was REALLY patient because my grandmother had her showing her so many spaces(my grandmother is VERY PICKY) but Nicole didnt even get mad she honestly wanted to make sure my grandmother not only loved her space but it wasnt too far from the door which was also important for my grandmother. Hope she gets recognized because she is awesome!!!!! THANK YOU NICOLE.

Came in to look at a storage space and was greeted by Nicole the manager and she explained to me the different storage options available. She also reassured me that my belonging would be safe and secure. She was very welcoming and so nice with all the questions I had. This place is so nice and innovated. Just signed up for this storage space and the representative Nicole was just amazing! She was very pleasant, patient, had great customer service, and provided so much info! I definitely recommend if anyone is looking for a good storage space definitely check them out.

The staff at the storage place was very informative, professional and friendly. The storage place (LifeStorage in N. Miami) was clean and easy to get there, and you can park inside to unload your things. There was an elevator and it was safe for my valuables and me.
