I used Guardian as my first warehouse when starting my business. I stored with them 2 years until I grew out of the available space. From day 1 the entire staff have been ridiculously helpful. It was like having my own shipping department on the payroll. They received deliveries and packages and placed them into my unit. They allowed my customers to come in and pick up orders, and even shipped out packages for me. Without this help I would have been tied to the warehouse instead of being on the road generating revenue. Without Guardian my first 2 years in business would have been a lot more difficult. I cant thank them enough!

Units are clean and dry. My unit was in Building Five - a three story building. Loading dock, carts, elevators were all great to have and made it easy to access the unit. The staff was responsive. My only concern was the continual price increases. The rates are pricey to begin with and then every year, they raise the price until it just wasnt feasible or economical to keep a unit. I have since given up my unit.

Very clean, helpful staff. Ive had a few storage units as ive moved around the country and this is one of best in terms of being nicely maintained. My one bit of feedback is that I would love more hand trucks and dolly carts.
