The experience I had today at Extra Space Storage will be one to remember! John, the salesman was absolutely wonderful. He was very helpful with advising me on the best lock to secure my unit as well as other items to purchase at this location. John is an excellent associate at Extra Space Storage providing me with an overall great customer experience. Thanks again John!!!!! Ive been very pleased with my storage unit and access to it. The building is kept clean and Greg Callenback is very responsive whenever I have a question. I also like the fact that my unit is temperature controlled. Also with interior access I no longer get dust, dirt and debris blown into my unit as often happened in a competitors location from whom I formerly rented. In general Greg keeps the site very clean and it always creates a good impression when I drive into the area. Over the years I have rented storage rooms in various locations in Greensboro, and this facility is the best by far.

What a wonderful place! And Excellent customer service. Mr. Ira Jacobs was extremely nice. The store closed at 6pm but he stayed over to make sure me and my family was good to go on what we needed and wanted. He didnt even make us feel as if he was in a hurry, he took his time and gave us the best customer service Ive had in a long time. This place is clean and neat, and the storage units are Amazing! I will recommend this to any of my family and friends, and when I do I will make sure I tell them to ask for Mr. Ira Jacobs! Great Job and keep up with hiring great people like him.

Gateway met all the criteria of finding a storage facility that was secure, easy to access, clean and climate controlled. OMGosh!! Can not say enough nice things about this company...and Ira Jacobs helped me so much!!..He stay after 5:30 ( I was coming from another city and needed a storage space!) and did NOT rush me, explained every aspect of renting and walked me to the space and showed me everything I needed to know...the building was very well lit and very clean...I am glad that I chose this business as I feel my items will be taken care of and Ira made it so easy, quick and pain free to get started!! And they have a truck for use!!!!

Moving from VA to Greensboro, NC and awaiting the moving company, I find the apartment unit is unsanitary, dirty and unrentable. I had to find another storage unit for my belongings. As soon as we booked it online the day before, John called us back very quickly, secured our spot and answered all of our questions. When I showed up the next day he toured me around the property showed me doors to use and hooked me up. Checking in was a nice experience as Dominque was really helpful, fast and kind. The space felt safe and was very very clean. Having kept the space and speaking with John over the phone, another customer service agent, has also provided convenience and comfort. Great location. Clean and secure. Only problem is the access hours. I work long hours and travel all over the world. I need access to my property at all times. The charge you so much, but have a cut off time from 10pm - 6am. It is very inconvenient and almost not worth paying to keep property there that you do not have 24/7 access too.

Kayley and store manager Greg were AWESOME!!!!! I am very big on customer service and they both exceeded my expectations. Greg was very patient on my move in day even with all the hiccups I had.
