I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with the Guardian Storage facility in Monroeville, PA. My family recently moved to the Pittsburgh area from out of state, and we needed a place to store all of our belongings and furniture while finalizing a new home purchase. From the moment I called this facility, the staff were amazing. They patiently explained all of the storage options, pricing, and logistics. It turned out that they did not have the size unit we needed available, but they offered to give me an even larger unit for the same price. When we arrived at the facility on the morning of our move, we were extremely impressed by the facilities cleanliness. Lauren at the front desk f helped us get checked in quickly and efficiently. When our large moving truck arrived, there was easy access for them to pull right up and unload all of our belongings. Most impressive, however, was Lauren’s help with our newborn infant while we were consumed with unloading the truck. Lauren graciously offered watch our baby over the course of the day and even provided a quiet place for me to feed him. 5 Stars for Guardian Storage Monroeville!!

I recently had the honor of working with Cindy and Lauren on a fundraiser for a local family. They were both extremely helpful and dedicated to making a difference to this family and the community. I spent many hours in the office planning the event and got to witness them interact with their tenants and it was impressive! They knew every tenant that walked through the door by name and had a very friendly relationship with them. They are extremely professional but also treat you like family. Not to mention the facility is very nice and very clean. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for storage! Kudos to Guardian for making a difference in the local community and giving back! We need more companies like them!

I began renting here for two years without a single problem or complaint, the staff is always courteous, kind and professional, they make the effort to know their customers by name, and are always a phone call away, I have been dealing with the Associate Manager Lauren from day one who has helped me with everything regarding my unit, its nice to have somebody that remembers you and has your name pulled up as you walk in the door. The prices are affordable and the facility is always clean and very well maintained.

The main reservation/help department was fantastic. Spent a lot of patient time on the phone with me finding the best location, size and price for my situation; went out their way to work out a coupon with the site we finally chose; Cindy at the Monroeville site was great to work with; very accommodating, efficient and customer focused. I loved Lauren the first and second time I was there. She gave me everything I needed when I first moved to Florida and when I returned to move to a different storage unit in there she was perfect showing my self and my dad different units. She was wonderful and so is the storage unit. I cannot thank you enough for making this and easy process.

I had no issues. Left my whole house in storage for a year and was able to pick it up with no issues. It wasnt cheap, but I was glad to know my items were secure, dry and clean when I was ready to pick them up. Thanks, Guardian on Haymaker Road! Customer service was always responsive in the few interactions I had with them.

After 1.5 years with using the storage unit come to find out if you leave early you do not have a pro-rated rate. I never remember hearing about it or reading it on our agreement, horrible way to show service or gratitude for someone renting and paying almost $3,000 over the time period. Will never use again, what a joke!

The facility itself is nice. They have a gate that opens with a security code and I feel like my belongings are safe. If you intend to have your belongings there long term, expect the price of your unit to raise at a very steady pace. The employees are very nice and helpful!
