STAFF: Absolutely fantastic staff... friendly, caring and incredibly helpful. FACILITY: Clean, neat and well maintained facility. Been a Preferred PF member since 2012 and have worked out in several of their Bucks County Locations. Staff is genuinely happy and are anxious to be of service. APPARATUS: Ample space and machines so Ive never had to wait to use a weight/workout or any of their Cardio machines. RECOMMENDATION: This is a DEFINITE must visit if youre considering joining a local workout facility here in Bucks County. - CJ

Its been some 20 years since I was last a member of any gym. But since theres no long term commitment at PF I had nothing to lose by giving it a try. So far, after 5 weeks (going 3-4xs week,) Im happy I joined. My ideal place is somewhere I can go in & just workout without having to talk or "deal" with anyone! Im not anti-social, its just the way I like to workout... go in, focus on getting a good workout, & get out of there. The place is clean, spacious, open 24/7, and staff easy to find and helpful if even need anything.

The 6 pm Wednesday staff was very rude and unprofessional, made me feel very uncomfortable to the point i left out and went to a different location! It really sucks because Ive been going to this gym for yrs and never had anyone be so nasty and rude soon as i walked through the door! Pls train the staff to be kind and courteous to the gym members! Besides that i love the gym, very peaceful!

Superb gym. Has all kinds of equipments and multiple sets of each. Lots and lots of treadmills and ellipticals. And around 10 tv screens set to different channels. Has a big locker room and bath stalls. Very very spacious! Love working out here !

As a Black Card memeber I can work out at any location nationwide. In the region I have worked out at 3 locations. This one is the best by far. Very clean, more spacious and larger than the others, penty of parking.

Big gym, all the equipment is spaced out nicely. Bathrooms need to be cleaned more often and it would be nice to have paper towels in the rest room besides just one air dryer

The staff is friendly I been in the fitness of crunch and I dont like the staff at all they dont treat the members good so I went to planet fitness and they are great

Nice gym, super clean. But every cable channel in the world up on those screens except MSNBC. Wish they were a little less obvious in their political preferences

Friendly staff, clean locker room. You occasionally get some meats in here who insist on grunting really loud despite the "lunk alarm," but $10/mo cant be beat.

The gym is always clean, staff is helpful and even during the peak resolution time Ive never had an issue with finding open cardio equipment.

Being open 24 hours is a plus they should definitely switch out the 30 minute fitness section for free weights that section is barely used!
