If you are looking for a gym that will give you a constant headache, this is the place for you! When joining a gym, you are not supposed to be committing to it like you are a mortgage. However, with this gym, they use a third party payment solutions company that allows them to hide behind each payment mistake that is made. Student freezes? 3 months at a time, but for most students, a semester lasts roughly 5 months, give or take. this means, you will be paying for months you do not even use. Relocating for work? They will make it nearly impossible to cancel and still try to charge you even if you are hundreds of miles away. the gym itself isnt bad as it is never packed, but it has no competitive advantage in comparison to any other gym that is open 24 hours. In conclusion, if you essentially want to marry a gym and deal with divorce when you want to cancel, Urge fitness is the place for you!

Must say, I love this place! My Husband and I joined several months ago and are so happy we did! Our 2 children LOVE the kids club. They have so many activities for the kids and the staff is so engaged. Locker rooms are kept incredibly clean. The classes are incredible and they have so many! I always have something different to try! If you love classes you will love Urge! My favorites are the classes on the big green field in the middle of the club that are with the trainers. My husband says they have the best variety of weights and equipment and I believe him because he has 4 gym membership in the area lol. He also likes that he can go anytime because they are open 24/7 (not sure why he needs that) lol. Overall this place is great and I would highly recommend this over all the other gyms we have belonged to in the area.

Music too loud to focus on working out. They seem to think everyone wants to hear their playlist on full blast. Why even bother bringing headphones to the gym??? Literally everyone here except one person has headphones on so why is the music loud? Tried telling Noel and the rest of the management but they simply dont care. If you want to cancel be prepared to jump though a million hoops. They dont handle their own billing so youve literally gotta call the billing company months in advance... Would absolutely avoid this gym. Not worth the cost, not worth the hassle of canceling. Its barely a half step above retro fitness. At least their equipment isnt an obnoxious red and yellow i guess. The gym has most of the equipment youd want though still missing a couple essential things. Mike monacelli is the best trainer

Friendly environment and very welcoming staff. The place is new and very clean, organized, and awesome. It is a great deal for the price and you get more than what you pay for. All equipments are come from great Brand names such as life fitness, and hammer strength and are up to date. They have variety of classes, spin room, and boxing room. Its been two weeks since I joined and I like the place. I definitely recommend this place, and dont regret joining them. Keep it up URGE.

Love the gym. Lots of awesome equipment and they are continually adding new things. Seth is a great personal trainer. His classes are great. He has the patience of a saint and will make sure youre doing the exercises with proper form. The only negative I can say is the bathrooms need to be cleaned more frequent and thoroughly. Trash cans are overflowing at times in the bathroom stalls and the showers sometimes have hair in the drains/on the walls.

I have been in this area a while. I went in to take a tour. The person at the front desk said I couldnt use a free 7 day pass, because my Liscense was not within 5 miles. He went on to say if I became a member, than my Liscense would be ok. Sounds like it would have been ok if my credit card was with my Liscense. Seemed to be about sales.

INFLO INTERNATIONAL

WOW . Huge facility with a ton of amenities for a good price. The staff is very polite and knowledgeable. Most importantly, the club is CLEAN ! A ton of classes and variety. Never really crowded. Wayyyyyy different from your boring planet fitness or LA membership.

Gym is way too crowded n the "coaches" r rude. When they r training 1 person they will take up 3 or 4 pieces of equipment in an already packed gym. Ask em when theyll be done n theyll cop an attitude. N dont expect management to do anything about it

The only thing missing about this gym are the weighted chin ups and dips bar, Also the place where you shoulder press it hits the rack except for one. Other than these 2 issues the gym is great
