I joined in late 2013 and was immediately happy with the decision. The staff is pleasant, the gym-goers are friendly and the facility is clean! It becomes a little crowded around "rush hour" (5pm-7pm) but other than that it was a great gym to go to. I recently had to cancel my membership because Im going away for school. After being a member at another gym where the management pretended they couldnt cancel my membership and then "froze" the membership so I wouldnt have to pay anymore... THEN re-started my membership fees months later... I was worried that canceling with Planet Fitness would be another nightmare. WRONG! I walked in, explained my situation and they had me fill out a paper (2 minutes) and then I was done! They were sad to see me leave but hugged me as I walked out the door. If you need a cheap gym membership and an environment that is super supportive and extremely NON-judgemental I highly suggest this gym. I know it gets a lot of bad rap from muscleheads who say it isnt a real gym... For my purposes it was. Its one of the best gyms Ive ever been a part of!

Dont even know if open while back it was closed an no notice in saying why it was closed. As for the gym front desk is always crowded with people or friends talking to them. When they should be cleaning and dusting the equipment down pretty dusty in this gym, too many people just sitting on equipment on cell phones and just BSing. At times it seem that people were just coming in due them knowing the people that work there...its a shame because this could,ve been a nice gym. This one is my least favorite location. On two different occasions they have told me that my membership has been canceled.

This location is in the heart of a shopping center in Ewing. At first I was a bit weary of the area, being that all the street lights were out, it was pitch dark and just has a very "muggy" vibe -- As in youre going to get mugged if you come here alone at the wrong time of night. Well, I did not get mugged, thankfully. And being from out of town, I know nothing of the area - It could actually be quite nice for all I know! The staff inside were friendly, the lockers plentiful and showers clean. The equipment was new and in good shape, what more do you need?

Im only giving 1 stars because I dont really know what this gym has. Never got to work out went in with a friend as a guess. My friend didnt know she had a balance which was only a few days late. The employee was rude about it. Was told if you dont pay you cant work out. So we asked if I got my own membership could she be a guess on mine? Only because she didnt bring any money to workout. Didnt know she needed money. We drove all the way there at 6am to be told no pay no play. You could have had a new loyal member but instead you most likely lost 2...

Normally I enjoy going to Planet Fitness, but its always a gamble when visiting other locations when Im out of town. I personally like to shower and freshen up after a long sweaty workout, but its kind of hard to do that when the showers are full of filth, mold, and grime. I also prefer to wash up in hot or warm water. Not cold water that has no heat to it. The showers here work, but dont expect to bathe in hot water, and make sure you have shower shoes.

Its small, all the equipment is basically right on top of the one next to it, bathrooms definitely need to be cleaned more often. I went when it was not busy at all, the men that go here in packs have a tendency on ending up on equipment right next to a single female. Theres no reason for that at all, the gym is basically empty and 2 men start on one machine right next to me when theres 3 of the same? They were going one at a time doing like 2 or 3 reps.

Worst "gym" ever. You go to the game to workout not to smell pizza and eat tootsie rolls. I went there this afternoon to cancel my membership and I couldnt even do that because nobody was at the desk. So after 20 minutes of standing there and watching multiple people just take drinks and other merchandise I decided to leave. Hopefully someone will be there later so I can quit this bulls**t "gym"!

I love the hours, the proximity to where I live, and Ive had great experiences with the staff and the personal trainer. The availability of the machines is on point and the facility is quite clean. The only drawback is there are no weekend training available and there should be later hours for personal training throughout the week. Other than that, I am glad of my experiences thus far.

This gym has the worst customer servicing Ive ever seen. They are least bothered about how you feel. Theyre out of coins to the massage chairs like for a month now. And they seem to be doing nothing about it, but to ask you to cancel the membership services..totally ridiculous ! But if your credit card misses the payment by a day, they charge you $10 late fees !

The staff is very friendly and always willing to answer questions. The equipment is fairly new and I never have had a problem getting on a machine. The only downfall for me has been the cleanliness of the mens showers. All five showers need to be seriously cleaned to remove what appears to be mold and one of the showers is cracked on the bottom.

Bathroom was filthy trash spilling out of cans, trash on floor, molf in shower, only went here because I was in the area and it was convenient for me and my son to work out here, but next time Ill go to the one in hamilton, nj its larger and better kept.

Huge space. I love being at a 24 hr gym as I can just show up at off hours and practically have the place to myself. My really only complaint is that the sign up process is a little archaic and I wish the iPhone app had a little more functionality.

Recently joined and the place is great. For $10 a month, they are always open, machines available, staff nice, clean and well maintained facility. The members always wipe down equipment. Best gym I ever joined, and at the lowest cost.

The Staffs are really friendly, including the trainer (Kyle Ford). Facility is usually clean. My only suggestion is to clean the water fountain every day.

National fitness center chain. Lots of equipment to workout with/on. Not the cleanest, has a friendly staff, convenient location, usually crowded.
