I am a "hard grader", as I have worked within a Client services industry myself for about 20 years now, so I am probably more sensitive to the level of service (both people, process and product). I decided I wanted a Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland Edition for simple reasons - quality, weather versatility, comfort features and last but not least, attractive styling and their recently reengineered models. Obviously, I need service on the vehicle, so I looked around and picked one close to my home in Media, PA. I found a literal gem of a dealership and wanted to share to help others seeking a solid service environment. I find more times than not, it is sincerely difficult to locate a good place with the right service oriented people and a quality product etc. Videon is hands down the BEST car dealership I have ever had the pleasure of working with - and yes, I said pleasure. Here are some of my own personal and specific reasons: 1) I genuinely feel they respect and value me as a Customer - they are very polite and courteous 2) They treat me with fairness and focus on how to help - not try to up-sell or hassle me 3) Their facilities are clean, modern and pleasant to visit - they also have a nice waiting lounge 3) The staff are eager to offer meaningful promotions to help you save money (e.g. oil change bundles, etc.) 4) Their service department is very fast and solve issues the first time 5) Just a little factoid - I did NOT buy my Jeep Grand Cherokee there, but you would never know it with how service oriented they are to my wife and I Their Sales staff are really friendly and informative too. One time last fall, while waiting on an oil change, I was looking at the newest version of my vehicle and noticed it now came in a diesel version too. Even though I was clearly not going to buy, one of their sales folks spent upwards of 15 minutes with me to share some of the new features and also help me better understand how to determine if going diesel would be beneficial / practical or not. I thought that was great and plan with 110% certainty that I will be going to Videon for my new Cherokee when its time to buy again. I have no reason to share this information except to praise Videon and help other consumers. What made me think to do a write up is simple - I received an email to survey their performance after a visit I had yesterday. Given 25 years of driving cars (buying / needed service for them), I realized how at home I feel with the Videon team and wanted others to know they are there. Great job Videon keep up the great work!

Some companies still know what it means to deliver superior customer service. Videon Jeep is one of those companies. I purchased a certified pre-owned 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 6 weeks ago. I had a great experience purchasing the car from Nick – they took great care of me and really made me feel valued as a customer at the date of purchase. They delivered that same great service again when my “new” car broke down in Asheville, NC two weeks ago. My Jeep started to overheat coming through the mountains late on a Saturday night. After getting it to a local service center first thing on Sunday morning I came to find out that I had a cracked radiator. Obviously, that news was not received very well and I was nothing short of furious! The local Jeep Dealership was not open, neither was Videon, but Videon did have a text service on their website. My girlfriend shot off a text message, we explained that it was an emergency and needed a phone call immediately. We received a phone call from one of their managers, Jim, on a Sunday afternoon as he was grocery shopping with his wife! He took some time with us and let us know that he would have someone reach out first thing Monday morning. My girlfriend and I had to get home by Monday and could not stay in NC until the car was fixed. We took a huge gamble and rented a car, drove home, and decided to go talk to Videon directly on Monday morning. We sat with the owner, Steve Videon, and again, he could not have been more helpful. Steve told me to get him all of the receipts from our trip and he would get them taken care of for us and he would send someone down to drive my car back for me. He delivered that resolution before I ever had to ask for it. Steve and the rest of the Videon team understood how stressful our weekend had been and made sure to do their best to remove the stress from the rest of the process. I was given a rental for the week, reimbursed for my expenses, and again – felt like a priority to Videon. I can say with a smile on my face that the team at Videon not only gained a customer for life, but they also gained a very vocal advocate that will send as many people to them as possible. Thank you for making an extremely stressful experience as close to stress free as possible!

Kim Ayala-Robinson with the first Point of Contact person who handled my initial call to Videon, and she was the drawing card that ultimately brought me to choose that Dealership for my new vehicle. During our first phone conversation as I expressed to Kim that Id be looking around elsewhere, she didnt hesitate to say, Oh, Im not worried, Im confident of our pricing, its the best! Wow, I was really impressed, and she was correct. With Kims expert guidance I picked a vehicle over the Internet, and for a small deposit she held it for a week. Then came my first visit to Videon. The Showroom is huge, immaculate, lots of natural light, and very friendly people. First we met very pleasant Jenine, Front Desk Operator. I spotted Kim and hugged her for excellent personal, professional Customer Service skills. If it hadnt been for her patience and the very large amount of helpful information she shared during my search, I would never have been there. She directed us to Steve Gray/Salesman who organized all the remaining details for my new vehicle. He managed everything perfectly, and was so much fun to be with during our time there. My son and I felt very comfortable asking him questions, and discussed plans to return to Steve in a few months for a new truck. Also we were introduced to Steve Videon/Owner, what a super guy and neighborhood Icon. He was so down to earth, taking time to chat. He couldnt have been nicer! Then we were ushered into Liz Gibbons office, Financial, who proficiently explained every item on the paperwork. Lastly Steve Gray ushered us out to my gorgeous 2017 white, Jeep Patriot Latitude. He was the best! It was an excellent experience, and basically i owe it all to Kim whos wise phone manner did the trick! I had called other Dealers, and honestly their method of hesitating to discuss any deal over the phone with a potential customer is how they lost my business with them. I am referring everyone who admires my vehicle to Videon. Thank you all!

I took my Rubicon here for an oil change and to have 2 recalls performed. One of the recalls was related to the fender rubbing the front break lines. All they do for this is trim the lower plastic section (you can do this yourself, I wish I had or just left it alone). On one side they cut a 90º notch, on the other, it looks like they used a sawsall and shredded the lower section. I had one of the service guys look at it and he told me the service manager was busy and took my info, I never heard from them again. I usually change the oil myself and when I did (after having Videon do it), I realized that the filter was barley hand tight and oil was splashed along the underside. I have always done my own basic maintenance and never had a problem with the vehicle, since I had to get it inspected after moving to the state I thought I would treat myself to an oil change. Never again will I use Videon. They did not change the oil correctly and shredded my fender. I am writing this only because I was looking for another dealer as I need to get my emissions inspected again. I could probably just use a local shop but as proven here I dont trust anyone to do things right. I provided pictures of the fenders.
