Went there after another shop told me they could not fix one of the two problems with my car. I am glad they sent me here, from the moment I walked in the door I saw Eddie and after explaining to him what was going on he told me someone would be right with me and then put his hand out to shake it and said my name is Eddie nice to meet you. Car was pulled into the shop and put on the lift and they could see the obvious problem with the exhaust not being run properly and then asked me where the other problem was with my power steering leaking and saw it and said thats a easy fix. I was talking with the tech who would be working and we where talking about the shop who did my exhaust and in talking I mentioned I dont know why that shop went with such large piping, I asked for 2 or 2.25 inch piping. The shop manager came out and with me and the tech who worked on my car right there showed me what was gonna be done and explained it out in detail, and once everything was agreed went back into the store and we talked price, after listing everything he then mentioned a 10% discount. Total price was $411 with taxes and labor. I dropped the car off the next morning and called around 11am to see what going on with the car, they said its on the rack and said it should be done by 3pm, I get there at 3:30pm and the car was still on the lift but after walking inside I talked to the shop manger and said it should be done soon. I walked outside and could immediately tell the exhaust the different. The tech then waved me into the shop to look at the work, and when I looked under the car the exhaust was beautifully run, ask the tech what sized pipe it was, we never agreed to the size, and he says its 2 inch just like I mentioned the day before. The only I noticed was one part I thought was gonna be transferred over was not on and I mentioned that and the tech said I can put it on but can you take a listen and let me know what you think, if you want it I can do it with no problem, I loved the way it sounded so I kept it as is. The other problem with my power steering was a hard line was rubbed thru by the exhaust and when I looked at the repair it looks like its stock and they gave me a bottle of power steering fluid to top off later if it got low after the air bubbles left the system. I cant too many time how impressed I am with Eddie and his crew....

Great customer service from the owner down to the crew. I have been coming to this location particularly for that reason. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and they do a great job with their recommendations. They are honest & reliable. They wont pressure you or make you feel like you need a lot of things done. They always try to give the best price & advice. I would not go anywhere else!! I also had a mix up recently with scheduling and I was not in a uproar, but wanted the shop to be aware of the conflict of schedule for future and they want above & beyond my expectations to correct the mix up!

Absolutely adore this shop and all the guys in it. The owner Eddie is a hands on guy willing to transport you locally while your car is being serviced. Ken, Tom and Pooch are the best! Ive never been steered wrong with repairs. As far as prices go, in 20 years of going there Ive only found it cheaper once somewhere else. They are always spot on with pricing and Id rather take my car to someone that is going to do it right the first time. Lots of car hiccups have been investigated with a "No charge!" response. Highly recommend this place!

Staff was professional and courteous but thats where the good experience ended. Was quoted $700 for an exhaust repair when I sprung a leak and passing through the area on a long trip. Decided to get a second opinion and the repair was made at Delaware shop for $95. How could there possibly be a $600 price difference unless someone was trying to take advantage of a traveler in need of a repair. Certainly would never return to a Meineke store after this experience!!!

As long as I am driving a car, and Kenny is still around this Meineke I will be bringing my car here. They are amazing technicians over there, and are extremely patient. They are always quick to show me what they are doing with the car, and help me to understand why something either needs to be fixed or replaced. I have recommended co-workers, family, and others to this Meineke and havent been disappointed once. I hope you will not be either. Keep up the great work!

They promptly fixed the problem however TOTALLY ripped us off. Very premiumly priced. Not recommended, shop around. $300 just to evaluate the problem in which I was there for the whole process (it took about 20 minutes and was simple and painless). They charged full hour units of labor for 15 minute jobs. They also quoted 3 hours for one job but only took 1.5 total for all the jobs yet still made me pay for 3 for just the one. Very friendly, cool, smart staff though.

These guys are great! I am in the ICU in the hospital and my wife did not know what to do when she drove through a puddle recently and lost power steering. We live close by and they came to our home and drove our car to the shop! No towing! Just a loose wire, fixed no charge! No one does this anymore! These guys are FABULOUS!

Amazing customer service. I woke up to a punctured tire one day and decided to give them a call. They took me in as a walk in, fixed the issue and I had my car back in 15 minutes. I went to pay for their service and they said dont worry about it. Now thats how you start a loyal customer base

I was told by the Toyota dealership that it would cost me $400 to fix to weld an exhaust pipe. Took my car to Meineke. They took me into the garage before doing any work to explain everything to me in person. Installed a flexible pipe so it wouldnt break again. Charged me about $100.

Eddie & Ken are the most professional guys Ive came across in any type of business. They are tremendous workers and will never make you wait longer than you should. If you are within an hour of their shop, I recommend them 100 times out of 100.

Excellent service & Excellent employees!! Ken is a fantastic manager and his staff are excellent as well. My car was finished and ready to go the same day:) I will be bringing my car here the next time I need any work:)

I just needed an oil change and tire rotation, but it was very efficient and professional experience. The waiting room was comfortable, and the staff was polite and friendly.
