As a three car owner, I feel lucky to have discovered H&A. In fact, Im a little reluctant to write this review to let the secret out of the bag. But that wouldnt be fair to "Sir" Peter, the best damn mechanic in Montco. Nowadays without a reputable, dependable auto repair shop, you can get ripped off - or worse, stranded without your car for days or weeks. Peter Hall, who owns H and A, is as honest and hard-working as they come. Hes skilled, hes hands-on and he truly cares for his customers, to the point of even dropping off your car in your driveway when he knows youre in a jam! Today it seems the mechanic/car owner relationship is more vital than the doctor/patient or lawyer/client relationship. In Peters case hes like both the family doctor and lawyer who advocates for you as the somewhat defenseless car owner in a sometimes less than fair & honest world. Peter takes the time to go over every item on your bill, does not perform any surprise work, consults you if he discovers additional problems that need attention, educates you on even the most minute technical detail and treats his customers according to the Golden Rule. Thats why Ive used Peters shop exclusively for almost 18 years now. Even if you have to drive a little extra to get there, its well worth it. Even if its just to see his big smile and hear his belly laughter. And to hear his reassuring assessment that everything will be O.K. when hes finished with your vehicle. Because it will be, and if its not, he jumps on any work hes performed to make it right because he truly takes pride in his shops workmanship. Peace of mind has its price, but at H&A it doesnt cost me an arm & a leg. But the real secret that keeps me coming back? Peters personalized service and reputation for fairness & honesty. Priceless.

The best auto service experience Ive ever had! My brother had determined that my car needed a new clutch. Pete answered the phone, and asked me to describe the cars symptoms instead of just telling me to bring it in and let him decide what it needed (what the last place had done, so it still needed the clutch replaced). Pete agreed with my brothers diagnosis, but what really matters to me is that he was willing to have that conversation with me even though Im just a women who doesnt know about auto mechanics. I believe Ive found a trustworthy place to take my car. H&A will do what the car needs, and not extra stuff just so they can charge me more. And the drop-off and pick-up service was icing on the cake! Two months later the new clutch hasnt created any reason for me to bring the car back in, so Im satisfied with the quality of their workmanship. They just need a bigger parking lot.

The work completed on your vehicle will not disappoint you. I have referred many friends, colleagues, patients, staff, friends and family to Peters H&A auto. None have been disappointed. My father is soon to be 89 and takes his car to H&A. Hes not easy to please when it comes to providing honest, good, quality work on his vehicle and wants to see a man take pride in his work. He sees it over @ H&A auto so he wont stop going. It was easy for me to find this shop; I live across the street. I have watched his business grow exponentially over the last few years and that only happens if the work is completed to or above your expectations. The owner takes great pride in his delivery of good, courteous, friendly service. I recommend, without reservation H&A auto for all your automotive needs.

Ive had the pleasure of working with Pete and H and A Auto Repair in West Norriton for about 5 years. I was introduced to H and A by a neighbor friend who is quite a stickler. So I knew that if H and A can turn a stickler into a referral source, that there had to be some great service available. I recently returned from a 2 year stint in FLA, only to realize my inspection had lapsed. H and A took my car in at 1 pm on the same day I called, and had the car back to me by dinner time. I highly recommend Pete, and H and A Complete Auto to anyone I run into that needs auto service. Theyre experts, and Honest. Honest Mechanic?? No this isnt an oxymoron like Jumbo Shrimp, its a real thing. If I could only have one word to describe H&A Auto in West Norriton that word would be INTEGRITY. Hard to believe that its true. I used to work on my own cars because I hated getting (insert verb here) by auto mechanics. The problem is time. Time is the only resource we cant make more of. Now I dont worry about that at all. Peter and the guys at H&A Auto take care of everything. Their staff is knowledgeable, courteous, and accommodating. Their work is exemplary. If there is a problem, they find it and fix it. Thats it. Peter believes in 100% customer satisfaction and he will work until he gets it. Just dont tell them that Gerry sent you, you might get the "special" treatment!

I dont know how the average is 4.8 because there are only 5-star reviews...and there is a reason for that...because its TRUE. An auto repair shop with NOTHING but 5-star reviews. Think about that. I have been going to H&A for almost 15 years and have recommended them to numerous friends and family - including my ex-wife! Peter is an amazing businessman: knowledgeable, honest, flexible, fairly priced and puts your interests first. He is also an amazing person who is great to talk to and makes the experience all the better. This is the place youve been looking for. So stop looking and just call him and bring your car in. Youll never go anywhere else. You could live an hour away and not find anyone better. If you do, itll be worth the trip.

If i tell you the H&A & Peter is the best mechanic you can fin in the area, i would be lying he is the most trustworthy , reliable , offers best value for you $$$ in 500 miles vicinity from there. Why do i say that I have lived in Northeast area around CT, PA, NJ for more than 15 years and i consider myself as difficult customer. I demand the best out of myself as well as any one i have dealt with. So far only Apple , Costco, Disney & H&A Auto have been able to pass my stringent quality test. He will give you best price, perform better work than Dealer would do and back you up if needed. Friendly guy with great sense of humor & knows his job as well as anybody out there. save yourself trouble of going anywhere else when Peter is around.

Awesome and honest! It is very rare to find a car repair shop that has nothing but positive reviews. They are what led me to H&A, and I will be forever grateful. If it werent for the reviews, I wouldnt have found a trustworthy mechanic that really cares about his customers, their cars, and the overall customer experience. I thank Peter and his great group of mechanics for staying persistent and honest with my little VW. A real puzzle, I heard, that only H&A took time and care to find the real cause of my rattling (unlike the Firestone near me!). He could have said I needed more repairs than it turned out to be but being a good-natured person, he didnt. I received extraordinary service, and found myself a forever-mechanic!
