Since I started using them over 2 years ago, I haven’t gone anywhere else – Hank, Brian and Marc are the best. They know their stuff and they stand by their work; and are certified to keep up on the latest technology. And when I needed to replace my car, Brian (he’s second generation) steered me in the right direction to get the right one that was good quality and low maintenance. That’s what I needed and that’s what I got. The owners have been around a long time so their experience spans several decades. I asked how many total years of auto/truck experience do the guys have who work at the shop, and it tops 100 years. They don’t have a turnover of staff which tells me they’re a stable business. I’ve gone to dealerships where they sell more repairs than needed to their loyal (unassuming) customers, with all the wonderful top sales awards on the wall, and I’m done lining their pockets and decorating their walls. I’ll stick with people I can trust to help me maintain or repair my car and not over-service it.

I have been taking my vehicles for about 10 years, and I have always had a positive result. They are always accomodating, especially if I call last minute with a problem. In fact, when I drop off my car, they drive me home. And, when I need to pick the car back up, they come and pick me up. I have always found them to be honest and forthright with me. If I ever need a lot of work done, they always call and discuss the price to fix the car before doing any major work. They explain as to why something is needed done and how they plan to fix it. Brian, Hank and Mark are the best at what they do. I would never go anywhere else.

UPDATE: I paid for the factory belt and it kept making terrible squealing noises and took it back to them 3 times and they told me it could not be fixed and was normal for a car with some miles on it. I took it to a good mechanic and found that they had cocked the underside bolt on the belt tension mechanism installing it and it wasnt sitting flush. He fixed it in 15 minutes with simple re installation. Terrible quality work, I will never take my car there again for any repairs. 3 times they looked at this and couldnt fix their own work.

We had our car in for tires, oil change and inspection and emissions. Marc did an excellent job and is a very good mechanic. They are friendly and knowing this job would take a long time, allowed me access to their computer to kill time. They let me look at anything that might have been a problem, to see if I wanted them to repair it before just doing it. I recommend them and I personally will return next year for my inspection/emissions, oil change and anything else I might need.

Ive been dealing with Schumacher-Francy for over a decade, and theyre the best. Honest, smart and usually comes up with solutions that save me money. I was ready to replace a transmission and they figured out it was the mass-air-flow (MAF) instead, and saved me $$$. They really are one of the top-notch auto repair places. A+++ and thumbs up!

Been taking our cars to S & F for awhile. They are the most through,friendly and knowledgeable mechanics. They diagnosis your problem and let you know what is needed. Brian ,Hanks and Mark are good but Chris works on the tough cars in the shop. He is an unsung hero there. So, put them all together and your good to go.!!!!

My family has been bringing their cars here for years. These guys are able to solve any issues, and are honest and trustworthy throughout the process. They provide an advice on changes or improvements that should be made, but dont force it on the customer. We wont bring our cars anywhere else!
