This place was absolutely frustrating to deal with, the mechanic requested a list of repairs in order to pass the initial inspection, however once I completed the repairs, even though I was told to bring it back in he had me book it in for a second inspection, than proceeded to tell me he was booked out for another week. Even though I had receipts for the repairs and you could see the new tail lights, shocks and explained to him that I needed to go away that week for work, he couldn’t take 5 minuets to look. The guy was entirely unreasonable, I recommend finding another place to carry out your inspection.

THE WORST I TOOK MY VAN THERE THEY HAD IT FOR A MONTH>>>> I PAID THEM 400 they want 600 more ... I NOW NEED MORE ENGINE WORK DONE SINCE I GOT IT BACK FROM THEM ... and this problem i have NOW IS DIRECTLY RELATED TO WHAT THEY FIXED !!!! after Skip left this is now not a place to bring even a hot wheel car i didnt want to give any stars but i couldnt post until i did but in my book they get nothing i will be suing them for the cost of all the repairs i had to make since they touched my van for all the problems the van has given me since and for a new engine and labor this is public notice

Please let me tell you about Motts! I have been going there for over 14 years and I still have the same car! Yes, my car is 15 years old! Even though Skip has left and turned the business over to Jeff, they are still the best, most trustworthy car repair shop in the Poconos! I really dont understand the negative reviews posted here, there has to be something missing! They have never steered me wrong, never tell me I need anything fixed unless its necessary and always ask me first before they fix anything! Take my advice, go to Motts before you go somewhere else, you wont be disappointed!

Car starting acting funny on the way home so i pulled over to check it out. I could see any problem so i decided to try Motts Auto Repair because i was right down the road. I saw others reveiws and was skeptical but i didnt want to pay for a tow. All i can say is WOW great place they looked at my car found the problem and had fixed in a very timely manner. Very honest and easy to deal with, I found a new garage for sure.
