Im taking the time out to write about my experience at PRG. What started out as pretty poor (hard to find the place) turned out to be a great time out with the family to celebrate my birthday. It looked like we werent going to be able to climb (1 staff member had quit the day before and another called in sick...so they were short staffed) or learn how to. But the manager, Jay, helped out a lot. And he worked very hard to make sure that we were 100% satisfied with our experience. 3 hours later, and a multitude of sore muscles later, we exited, but were already excited about the prospect of coming back. Im rating them as excellent...heres the reason why: it is easy to be excellent when everything is going good, however, it is a much more difficult task to meet your clients needs when everything is going wrong.

The customer service at this location is not good. I run a summer camp and our camp has gone for 4 years. When we went this year the staff seemed very annoyed that we were there. Our kids were yelled at for encouraging each other. When we placed our snack and water on a table, we were told we couldnt have it there because they needed that table for their camp. They didnt offer us a place where we could put it. The kicker here was that they used the table as a boundary for a game! There were unused tables in the party room. But we werent allowed in there. Not sure why they couldnt have used a table from the party room. I dont think our group will ever go back.

My girlfriend and I visited this Rock Climbing gym for my birthday and we had a great time. She signed us up for a class and the manager Chris was the instructor. He did an amazing job on explaining everything and it was easier than I thought. After that we got the opportunity to climb on our own for the whole day. I definitely recommend this place and climbing to anyone whos looking for something new to do. We will definitely be going back. Theyre all great.

Its a decent place to climb and boulder. I had a membership for a year and when it was up they kept charging my account. I went in to talk to someone and no manager was there so they had me write on a piece of paper that I want to cancel my membership. After that I was told that I may or may not be charged again, Ill have to wait until next month and check my bank statement.

A Great Time. If you have a thirst for an outdoor like adventure with spiced up sense of adrenaline and strength, this is fun place! For those of you unfamiliar with this place you will need a climbing partner. You can rent rock climbing gear and shoes here as well. This sits high in one of my top ten places to go.

A place for Birthday parties for the age group 8 and above with rick climbing experience. The staff is very helpful and professional grade. It was a fun filled Bday party and kids had chance to do some basic rock climbing experience. May be need some upgrade to the party room for an elegant look.

Staff member, Jay, was a great help to us when we showed up with a group of first-time climbers. Ive spent time at nearby rock gyms but enjoyed the vibe and staff here so much that I will def be back (well worth the drive).

Started climbing here 6 months ago after buying an intro lesson off of Groupon. Staff is very friendly and go out of their way to help. Signed my 8 year old up for the ongoing climbing classes and she loves it.

Very poor customer service...my daughters birthday party was suppose to include a host to set up, serve and clean up. All they provided was a trash bag and we were on our own! Do NOT have a party there!

Everyone I have worked with has been incredibly friendly. There are a variety of climbing styles and difficulties. The new expansion is very nice.
