The best gym Ive ever been to!! A new owner took over a year ago and has really turned it up a notch! Super friendly staff, a separate workout room for those who like to lift heavy, tanning beds, a masseuse and a new studio with classes that you wont find anywhere else! And a free Sunday class every week!! No gym has the variety that this gym has. On top of the regular equipment in all gyms, they also have boxing equipment, rings, monkey bars, tires, sleds, slosh pipes, atlas stones and much more! Youll be able to add a lot of variety to your workouts and their personal trainers are awesome!!! And did I mention the 2 week free trials they give so you can try out the gym before you join?!?

The Gym was the place I could finally call home and find my gymfam... The owners and employees are awesome.. Its not a corporate gym so there is always a positive vibe.. And everyone is welcome in a truly no judgement zone.. Serious lifters, newbs, older people trying to stay fit, moms getting their groove back, strongmen whatever u want ..they got..

Comfortable atmosphere and the owner is super nice and helpful. He also trains people one on one for a very reasonable price. They offer crossfit classes now too. They offer two week free trials so thats how I found and fell in love with the place.

Excellent facility ! From the owners, to the staff, to the other members, all are wonderful. I found The Gym when I joined a 6 week cross fit challenge on November 1st and have been there 5 days a week ever since. I highly recommend !

Gym is a bit small, but okay. You can get a decent workout. Do not use this place for tanning. They dont take care of the tanning beds. Gross!
