I would highly recommend Joe. In my case, as a buyer, he worked extremely hard to help me find a home in the area I wanted, with the features I desired, while still remaining in my budget. This was very important to me. He is highly responsive, even answering my questions and showing houses outside of normal business hours, including nights and weekends. (bad weather or not!) Emails and phone calls were answered usually within minutes, and he was able to meet all deadlines required. He is also highly knowledgeable about the process, which helped me greatly as a first time home buyer. No question was a stupid question, and I appreciated that. At first, the whole thing was intimidating for me, and I didnt know where to start. Joe, through his knowledge, patience, and courtesy, was able to quell those reservations and lead me on the path to finding my first home. Again, if you are looking for someone that is 100% dedicated to his work, look no further.
