The Somers are clearly at the top of their game. Their advice and assistance was invaluable and they were more than comfortable letting us take our time to think about our decisions. They recommended we use Pat Lopez at Cardinal Financial as our mortgage broker. This proved to be a great decision. Pat was always available by phone and answered our questions completely. Importantly, they were able to help us meet our deadline for closing, which was held in their office. Would rate the Somers and Pat Lopez highly and would easily choose them again.

Be very careful if you rent a house that these guys list. When we signed the lease, the property manager turned out to be another realtor, which, quite frankly, is a slumlord. Im guessing that theres no law that says you cant have a nice young realtor with a shiny new office in the Piazza show you a property even though they have no connection with the owners or the ghetto realtor that actually manages it. Caveat Emptor!

I used RE/MAX Access to represent me in my last transaction. Everything was handled smoothly and by the numbers. The deal closed on time and I was guided every step of the way. They will be my go to brokerage for all my future Real Estate needs.

BE CAREFUL WHEN WORKING WITH RE/MAX AND THEIR AGENTS. THEY HAVE POSTED OUR HOUSE FOR SALE WITH AN INVALID AND NON-BINDING CONTRACT THROUGH THEIR AGENT MICHAEL HO.
