I wish I could say it was nice to work with this company, but that would be a lie. In fact, even just ATTEMPTING to work with them was a mind-numbing hassle. My wife and I first contacted P & P to cater an off-premises party for us in May. I called, explained the event was late in October and one of the owners, Joe, told me they would send me a quote. They didnt. What ensued was months of emails being sporadically answered (at best) and often going unanswered for a week or more until I followed up, after which ANOTHER week would go by and someone would finally get back to me. For over three months, thirty emails and fifteen phone calls (again, largely unanswered) went between myself and the incompetent that runs their office before they finally delivered us a contract. We met with them to discuss it in mid-August, Joe told us to take it home, look it over, and get back to them in a couple days; no rush, no worries. After we tried for three weeks to sign a contract with them and had numerous appointments to sign and put down a deposit cancelled by Joe, he informed me in early September that they might not be able to do our event since they had booked another event for the same day as ours, citing staffing concerns and claiming "that we didnt seem like we wanted to work with them." Keep in mind that we had been hounding them about our event since May despite the difficulties in dealing with their office. Joe said he would get back to me if they figured out staffing, but nobody from P&P ever returned any calls, text messages or emails about the event and we were forced to go with someone else. My wife was very wary to work with P&P after the first few issues with their organizational disfunction, but I tried to assuage her concerns mostly based on the fact that P&P was in our price range. Now, five months later, the budget for our party has been totally exploded since we had to go with another caterer with very very little notice thanks to their extremely unprofessional, incompetent business practices. The fact that theyve survived as long as they have if they operate this poorly is a mystery to me.

This review is way overdue, as a Gay male married couple back in 2013 my husband and I were looking for a venue which did not judge our 17 year relationship. We were extremely happy and totally amazed with the way PNP caterers treated us, the awesome help the staff gave us almost on a daily basis planning our special night celebrating our love and longtime commitment could not have been better if we were royalty . Terry , Joe , were there to assure us our celebration at the Quartette Club would be great, well it exceeded great because of both Terry and Joe.. The food was Awesome, the wait staff, the cooks were just amazing London florist is also perfection, as is the various DJs they offer. Thank you again and again Sincerely Tony & Tony Thank you for a night we will cherish for many more sears.

I highly recommend this facility to my clients and I have used them for my personal events as well. Just as others have described the food is fabulous and their service is top notch. Prices are very reasonable and you get so much more than you pay for. Their kitchens are clean and the staff is wonderful. You wont be disappointed. As a Wedding professional, my referrals to professionals are key and every client I have referred to them has raved about their food and service!! My sister had her wedding reception at the Black Lake Room. It was amazing! The food has been talked about for years. In 2011 my husband and I used P & P for our 10 year wedding renewal off premises at a park. The food was amazing and the servers were awesome. I had them serve us the buffet to make it classier. My family loves them so much we are having my Neices 16th birthday there and also my brothers wedding reception. Cant wait! So excited for the food...

The wedding was great food was good ! the only problem was the girl in the office Terry had a nephew with a photo both for the wedding he was given a deposit to come to the wedding on 11/11/16! Guess what he Forgot!who forgets!This was horrible we can never get that day back as the mother of the bride it was ruined by the photo booth Who Forgot!

My 60th Birthday celebration at the Crystal Room was the best ever. My family and P & P Caterers could not have done a better job. The place was very clean and the staff were the best. Very personable and friendly. I truly recommend them to anyone.
