I deceided to copy and paste someone elses review because this is word for word the same thing that happened to us at this place (Me and my now wife rented the chateau for our wedding/reception the items me and the coordinator Debbie talked about were not fullfiled. Out of our full page menu only 5 items were presented. The vegetables were extremely bland and dry. The wedding party was the last to be fed, and we were suppose to be the first ones. Also Debbie portrayed to work with you and help out but literally 2 days before the wedding. She was still calling my wife trying to add on more fees then last minute told us we had to provide the glasses for the toast and the cake decorations she had absolutely no control over the event I would never come back to this establishment. And Im considering small claims court. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY) she let people run yo and down the asile before I came out ! Its all on video . The groom walked down 25mins before I even arrived ! She didnt announce where the seating cards was & the guest book so we had people sitting everywhere & no signatures in our book with over 140 people at our wedding . I could go on smh !Still to this day we have yet to receive any type of courtesy call !

On July 22nd, we had our daughters 21st birthday party there. It was magnificent. The food was great. The arrangements were to die for. The hospitality of staff, unbelievable. Debbie is a gem. A diamond. We must continue to keep her polished, All we did was told her the date and chose from the menus. She made our dream come true. All the invitees talked highly about the service, the arrangements, and Debbies kind hearted interaction with the guest. Debbie from the crowd, everyone wants you to host their party. We love you Debbie. If anyone is thinking of having an event, your thinking and planning is over. Debbie takes care of business. Thanks again for such a lovely evening. Everyone was very pleased with the outcome. Our daughter cant thank us enough, for her beautiful birthday party

I attended a wedding at the Chateau and had a wonderful time. The food was good, the atmosphere was dated but nice. What I was impressed with happened AFTER the wedding. I left behind an expensive camera loaded with pictures that hadnt been downloaded yet. I didnt realize until the next morning. I called & left a message with the answering service. I received a call back from Debbie, the banquet manager. She assured me she had my camera. She also gave me a few other items that were left by the wedding guests (We are friends of the brides family) and we tipped the busboy that found our camera. Debbie was on top of her game, the entire night. She ran the event with ease and was very helpful. A trustworthy staff and classy establishment! Thank you

I had my lst year anniversary dinner here and it was really nice. I came back in 2009 for my in-laws wedding and I was somewhat disappointed with the food and service. The food was very bland, the Maitre D made a lot of mistakes with the wedding partys names when they were announced, they even forgot to announce the brides parents toast. Pretty unprofessional. The best part was the bar service. Then the banquet manager, Helene was a bit overbarring and pushy for no reason. She should had made sure the Maitre D was doing his job. The desert table look pretty but the deserts were bland too. Should try to get a new baker. I miss John, he was the best!

Great service and food but most of all Debbie was a exquisit host.. She made sure I mother of the bride was happy all night amd she even got on the floor to look for the grooms ring which fell. My God if thats not service dont know what is... I never write reviews but i had to.. My guest arrived a bit early and she made sure all was out and ready I couldnt ask for more .. The place was the best choice ive ever made when it comes to halls wedding was 11/21/15

My event on May 20th 2017 was excellent. Everything was handled by the event planner Mrs. Debbie. She was on point, very professional, displayed the utmost pleasing caring and dedicated service there could be. Everything I asked for was beautifully done with excellence and class. Thank you Mrs. Debbie for making this the best surprise part ever. Celebrating my mothers surprise "70th Birthday" awesome!! Thank you.

this place just amazing the service was great my wedding ceremony was almost 4 years ago and people are still talking about it the person who I admire the most was Mrs.Debbie she helped me through the whole process it was a day that I never forgot.The in house dj was spectacular.Iam sorry I took this long to write a review.THANKS TO ALL THE STAFF

A surprise party that rocked the charts staff and coordinator made my planning seem effortless. I hope to never have plan another but if I do I want Debbie and staff by my side. Food was both beautiful to look at and a delight to eat

The hall was very good. Staff was really grateful and took care of everything we needed. Our bartender was Donna and she was the best. Makes us feel right at home. Will recommend this place 100%. Thank you Chateau for the good times.
