The courses available are for introduction muay thai classes, a more advanced class, and a childrens class. Here you will learn different skills and techniques with an experienced instructor, Rami, to over see your progress. When you are feeling confident, you will be allowed to spar in a safe environment, which allows you to put your skills into practice. If and when you are ready to fight, you will be given a training regimen and oversight to prepare you. The quality and skill of the fighters here is top notch. The pros and amateurs train together.
