LA Fitness sales is not trustable. They have to "visually" display the "Refund" policy. No Refund After THREE Days. Refund Notice has to be received by the club of the enrollment in person, or mailed to LA Fitness at P.O. Box 54170, Irvine, CA 92619-4170. Refund is not acknowledged unless customers can legally proof they had followed all requirements for the refund. Bottom line, they are very sharp clean looking sales to get your money in their pockets. Its not their concern if you are informed with truth. They will tell you whatever you want to hear even its not true according to the contract. It reminds those military recruiters, liars and cheaters from top to bottom. Refund is no way. You have three days after you sign the paper to figure out how to download Refund Notice, file it, keep a proof, and hope LA Fitness will acknowledge it. The company will scrutinize everything as lawyers tries to find a loop hole on OJ Simpsons case, so they can get away from giving your money back. Anyway, they dont care you will stay with them, because most people left as soon as they can get out the horrible experience. Yes, I made a mistake. I didnt read the contract myself. I believe sales told me the truth and believed that I could get refund with a phone call in seven days. They interchange words "refund" and "cancel" to make you believe refund is easy. Then, they will say that you can cancel but not refund. It just remind another bad experience I had with Enterprise Car Rental at Tulsa, OK. They used the wording "do you want responsibility or not?" If you say yes, you want the insurance converge, because you want the responsibility. If you say no, they will still have you buy the insurance, because you dont want the responsibility. I am gullible. Gullible is not a crime. Lying is. Who are the bad guys? LA Fitness and Enterprise are dishonorable business. Be careful, if you are naïve as I am. I hate LA Fitness at Pleasant Hills, PA. I stocked with these three year contract so I will go back there to tell people what disgusting experience I had. If sounds bad, its not my fault. LA Fitness wont let me go. They want me to be there to warn people about their sales techniques.

Only reasonably priced place with more than 1 squat rack, just an average fitness center. Word of advice all the gyms in Pittsburgh have issues with people breaking into lockers, always keep your keys and wallet with you, I had 3 credit cards stolen out of my locked locker and about 8 grand in charges from local stores within an hour. Luckily credit card companies are good with fraud now, so only my piece of mind was hurt. Also, this particular LA Fitness has issues staying clean, they hired a second janitor recently which helped alot

At the inconvenience of the club member, this L A Fitness has not had the pool or hottub cleaned in over 2 years. So, desiced to shut both down for 1 entire week, then shut it down during business hours to maintain... Shouldnt this have already been done, and maintenance be done not at the club members time?

I have been a member of this club for 2 years now. This location is well maintained and clean but is lacking a versatile amount of equipment and at time seems to be too small for the member count. The staff is well versed and helpful

The gym is clean and well kept but not having wifi for a business the size of LA Fitness is borderline ridiculous. A large percentage of people listen to music on a mobile device and using all of your data at the gym sucks!

well.. it is rarely clean. when you complain they do nothing. WiFi so so. no Verizon service inside. and since they redid the floors they are slippery.

Dirty. No way to clean equipment as sparse sanitizer locations are all broken or out of paper towels. Never once saw anyone wiping down the equipment.

Really nice gym equipment. The yoga classes are awesome. I also utilize the kids klub and they are wonderful with my 11 month old daughter.

Place is constantly closed because of water main breaks this happens more than 10x a year ... Dirty and sauna smells like butthole

This facility does not have wifi and also has a bad odor as soon as you walk into it. Equipment is not updated.
