I had never boxed before but had always had an interest. Coach Golemis took my interest and turned it into a full-fledged obsession. I went from coming once, then twice, to coming almost daily. He took time to properly instruct but didnt waste time coddling me. The other people in class are all friendly and helpful as well. It came to be like a family. My day is incomplete without it. I also find that it helps control my road rage to have punched a bag or a classmate sometime in the day.

Best boxing gym around, hands down. Beginner friendly & expert approved. Coach Golemis is in the Carolina Boxing Hall of Fame for good reason. Not only is the instruction top flight, the facility is top notch as well. If you are looking for a great workout, this is your place.
