Horrible horrible horrible! I called the day before and was assured that I didnt need an appointment to have a front end alignment. I dropped it off the next day at noon and told the guy Id be back at 3. I explained that I worked in Norwood but lived 50 miles away in NJ and it had to be done by 3, when I got off work. I was assured that would not be a problem. Oh how wrong he was. Promptly at 3 I returned for my car and was told (after waiting in the lobby for 10 min) that they were "a little behind schedule". A LITTLE BEHIND? He proceeded to tell me that it would be another half hour, maybe a little more. How much longer is a little more I asked? About 45 min to an hour, is that ok he asked. My blood pressure went through the roof. They hadnt even touched my car! WTF were they doing for the last 3 hours? They had 1 car up on the lift. I didnt even get the courtesy of a phone call. I loudly told him that it was NOT ok. I live 50 miles away and if it was done in an hour Id be smack in the middle of rush hour. He said they could do it tomorrow to which my response was why, so I can be stranded here on a Friday. NO THANKS! Ill take it somewhere else. Thanks for nothing.

I wanted to get my 07 ACURA TL Type-S Stage 2 stock exhaust system modification and I went to few places nearby they all wanted to sell me their catback system or they didnt want to do it. When I finally went to Midas of Prospect Park Todd and his staffs were very helpful and friendly. I knew exactly what I wanted with specific instructions they did exactly the way I wanted for a reasonable price. While I was at the lobby waiting I noticed I was not alone with the great experience he had few other customers seems to be very pleased with their regular maintenance services. I highly recommend this place.

I just happened to find this shop when I was referred there for my yearly inspection. I was new to PA and hadnt yet found a mechanic that I trusted. I was SO lucky to have found these guys! They know what theyre doing, they do it fairly and dont overcharge, they dont try to sell you anything you dont need, and they personalize their care to their clients needs. Theyre professional, polite, and a delight to be around. I really appreciate how theyve gone above and beyond to assure that my car is safe and running well. As long as I live here, theyve got my business!

I had a fantastic experience at Midas of Prospect Park. I came in for a ton of work on my 2009 Toyota Yaris, which thankfully didnt cost a ton of money - four tires, alignment, oil, air filter. The owners, Todd and Todd, local guys, are at the shop every day and will give you straight honest advice. The best part is that there is no pressure - if you have any questions you can talk to the mechanics themselves. Will definitely go back!

While the new manager was very pleasant and seemed helpful, all 3 times I went for a routine OIL CHANGE, my vehicle had issues immediately afterward. Also, I paid for things to get fixed at this location, only to come back for another routine OIL CHANGE, and have them tell me that the same things needed to be fixed. I dont know if this was coincidence or sabatoge, but I will never go back to this establishment again.

I have had great service from them and have grown to trust them. They take the extra time to explain things to you. Although I have been taking my cars to them for a while, I was surprised to find that tires are even lower priced than Walmart, BJs, or discount tire shops. If theres ever an issue, talk to one of the main people there. The owners are great people and have great people who work there.

My car was in an accident a few years ago and the part that the previous mechanic put it wasnt supposed to be used for my car. The Todds at Midas did some research to figure out the correct part so that it will last longer than 2 years this time around. I couldnt have been happier with the service and attention to detail that the Todds provided. I would definitely recommend this shop!

Finally a local guy has taken over as manager of this location. 2 months ago I wasnt sure if Id ever go back!!!! I went in to get a problem that the former manager couldnt figure out but Lou and his team dedicated themselves to figuring out what was going on with my car... Hands down the best experience that Ive ever had at any shop!!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND LOU AND HIS TEAM

I love both of the Todds, and every time Im there, theyre all very honest and thorough with their work. Best crew that has been there this far. Thats why Ill always give them my business. Nonetheless I have gotten out of the shop advice, etc. for issues with my car. So these guys definitely do their thing for the love of the game.

These guys couldnt even figure out what was wrong with my tire. I went in with a flat tire and they told me there was nothing wrong with it and told me the rim was bent. Another shop found the tear in my tire. There was nothing wrong with the rim. Not sure if they should call themselves tire specialist

I went in with a separated catalytic converter from exhaust pipe. It was rusted at flanges. I was told you cant repair, and that it needed a 806.00 new cat. Installed. So here is my repaired exhaust the next day from a private shop, and it cost 79.99 see photo.

Had 60k mile service on both my 2010 Toyota Highlander and 2010 Subaru Legacy, including oil change, new filters, new break pads/rodors and tire rotation. Received excellent service and reasonable prices. New owners are friendly and informative. Will be back.
