I came to this location to have my vehicle inspected. Day 1, I came 5:30pm the service manager stated the person that inspect vehicles isnt there and to come back between the hours of 7am and 2pm. Day 2, I came 1:00pm and the service rep. said it was a 5 hour wait and I can schedule an appt. to come in the morning. Why wasnt this option presented yesterday by the service manager is beyond me but I took the appt. for 8am the next day. Day 3, I bring the vehicle in and the service rep. is asking for my registration and insurance card. I have my registration but not my insurance card. The service rep. stated they can not inspect the vehicle without it. This is information I should have been informed of this when making this appt. I was able to send a electronic copy of my insurance card to have my vehicle inspected. In my opinion, this is just bad customer service. In additon the facility is a mess. Apart of the store is taped off, there are wires hanging from the ceiling. Its summer and they had 1 fan running that was blowing on the service rep. behind the counter leaving the customers that are waiting hot and uncomfortable. I DO NOT RECOMMENDED THIS LOCATION AND I WILL NOT DO SERVICE HERE AGAIN.

DO NOT GO HERE! I would give 0 stars if i could. I made an appointment for 10am for a simple wheel alignment. The service department said it would be done around 11 to 11:30am. I come back at 11:50am and it hasnt even been brought into the shop. 2 and a half hours later at 2:30pm they say its all done. The second i pull out of the lot, all the safety lights and stability control lights go off and the steering wheel is cocked about 50% to the right. I brought the car back and asked them to fix whatever went wrong. I leave after they finish for a second time and when driving away the steering wheel is still cocked 25% to the right, and ESP light was blinking periodically under regular driving conditions. Do not go to this pepboys locatiom, the mechanics are slow (total of 5 hours for a simple 4 wheel alignment), they are extremely unhelpful/rude, and most importantly incompetent. They didnt test drive my car the first time and let myself drive off with an unsafe vehicle.

Bought tires online at the stores site and had them shipped to store for installation. Tires arrived when they should, price of tires reasonable, installation reasonable. Experience went down hill a little for me when my 9 am appointment turned into a 2 1/2hr. wait to have 2 tires installed/balanced etc. Asked a few questions after the job related to another mechanical issue. As I left, heard wise guy quip of Jesus from one of two attendants. After a five year hiatus from this store for a similar incident - that guy told me not only did PepBoys recommend new tires installed on rear but he would not install them at all for me on front. Went to another store in the chain and had them done. I probably wont return to this store again after this latest. I was the last to walk out of this store of five people after setting up a Nine o clock, two days prior. What time was their appointments? Service must be transparent and professional. I felt this was neither!

Please do not go here. I left my car here for a State inspection and tire installation. They had my car for 7 hours and I havent heard a word from them. Finally I called them and the manager Kelly told me that I failed my inspection cause I was missing a Caliper pin on my diver side brakes and wanted to charge me hundreds to fix. I had a feeling they were lying so I told them to give me my car back. I took my car home and check all four brakes including the diver side she calm the caliper pin was missing. None of the pins were missing. I called Kelly and even catching her in a bold face lie she stuck by her lie and hung up on me. I have no respect for these guys or pep boys granted there are some good Pep boy employees that dont steal people hard earn money. I basically wasted a full work day and they didnt even put my tires on after all that time. Come here at your own risk. I will never go to this Pep boys again.

I bought my car in for a new front brakes. One of the guys at the desk was not cordial at all. My first reaction was to turn around but I stayed anyway. After their initial inspection I was told I needed a alignment because my tires were wearing badly. However, I had my car inspected by my dealer one week earlier and was told that my tires were wearing nicely. I declined their suggested service. After 2 hours my car was finally ready. The brakes started squeaking one day later! I made an appointment to have them check it out. I wanted to up the appointment because the brakes sound horrible. They were not accommodating. This is the last time I will go to Pep Boys. I rather pay dealer prices.

AVOID THIS STORE!!! Went in for an oil change, an hour and half later the mechanic came out to tell me he would like to do an inspection. I told him I would not and then he let me know he was FINALLY going to start the oil change. After two hours I went back to deal with the fat slob manager unwilling to take a $5 coupon! The machine froze leading to a double charge in my bank account which they were "used to". The next day I called them politely to tell them to refund the money and I was told to "take it up with my bank." NIGHTMARE DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!

Had tires mounted and balanced here twice. I do most other work myself. Both times they only recommended additional maintenance that I either knew was needed or later verified myself that it was needed. Never tried to sell me bs. Service was friendly and timelines were accurate. -1 star because they threw out the wrong tire the first time. I had specified which 2 tires I wanted replaced. They did not charge me for mounting service because of it at least.

BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE!! They will rip you off without a doubt. I went there because it was more convenient than my regular guy, they gave a me $2900 estimate. I took my vehicle out and to my normal trust worthy mechanic, he charged me $500 and told me the Pep Boys list of what was wrong was BS. I agree, after $500 my vehicle is running perfectly. DO NOT GO TO THIS PEPE BOYS THEY ARE NOT HONEST!

I had called asking a question about plugging a tire, and when a good time would be to come in. We were speaking about an appointment on when to come in because they close at 8. I respond with Im done work at 530 I can come right after work. The man on the phone says "uhhh that late, I guess so fine". Irritated that I was trying to fix my tire. Well you guys just lost some $$.

I had a dead battery and managed to get a jump to get to a station. They took me right away however it was quite expensive after parts and labor. The salesperson actually told me that I could find it somewhere cheaper. But with a dead battery, how was I going to get around. They were really nice but the place is small and took much longer than I expected.
