Im confused as to how the managers name is Gary on his shirt and there was a review posted by a gentleman named gary on yelp. Also its very confusing how This so-called GARY guy happens to have the EXACT same car as the manager at the Express lube whos name is ALSO GARY. Not very impressed with the service here. My oil drain plug was left loose and I lost a lot of oil. I went to the dealership to find out the issue and they charged me to change my belt and clean up all of the oil. I took the paperwork to GARY and after some RESEARCH he finally paid the bill for the mistakes he mad. Point is Dont trust any slimy shady people... especially people who write reviews for their own shop. No manager should be so desperate to write his own reviews online for better ratings.

Starbrite was good for a few oil changes over about a year. Sadly, our most recent experience ended driving away with loud sounds while accelerating. We went directly back, and their tech told us he could not find anything wrong with the car, but it might be weights on the tire. Angry, but also laughing that even somebody with no idea about cars can tell there was something wrong, and their techs incompetence. The car was towed to another shop, where they informed us Starbrite never put the air filter back in the car from the oil change. I will definitely not be returning.

I have been going to them for all my vehicle inspections and the last time I was there may be my last. They changed my oil without being asked (my oil was only 2 weeks old of synthetic was changed to regular oil), and did not pour enough oil in the engine. Oil light on the car was flashing several times, checked the dipstick and it seem like there was no oil in the car. So today I have to go and buy more.

I stop by last sat after seeing the 17.95 Oil change special while getting my oil changed they pointed out my inspection was A month out of date they got me in the same day with no problem I had to sit there for two hours but it was worth it I think I paid less than $75 for an oil change inspection they will become my new shop now

Thought I could trust this shop. I decided to do my own oil recently to find out that this shop was NEVER changing my oil filter. When I changed my oil it looked like my filter was about to fall apart. Disgusted. $60 oil changes for nothing.

I was at the mcdonalds and saw sign for 17.95 oil change next door. I took my car over and couldnt believe how quick it was! They were really nice and it was so fast! This is where i will be going from now on! Everyone should check it out!
