I scheduled an appointment online - which was super easy and convenient. I also found a great coupon for the oil change service I was getting. My appointment was for 8 am, but due to traffic I was a bit late. I was also getting my tires rotated. They seemed to have a few cars that they were working on when I got in, but knowing that I had missed my appointment time, I was patient. It took about a half hour before they even pulled my car in. However, they were extremely thorough and they provided quotes and affordable suggestions on my brakes, but were not pushy when I said that I did not have time to get this fixed today and asked for the quote to look into it. Additionally, when they were done with my car and I went to pay, they told me that they had comped my service since it took them around 1.5 hours to get to my car and since I was so patient. It totally made my morning because I was not expecting that! I was slightly annoyed that it took longer than anticipated, but seeing as how they acknowledged that without me having to say anything truly is great service. That is what honest service is and I appreciated it so much! :) I would highly recommend them. (Additionally I had gotten my oil changed there before and I was in and out under 30 minutes, so both times I had great experiences!). Thanks!

Went in for a simple plug that was in the middle of the tire, very easy... but these crooks tried to make me buy 2 new tires after they messed up trying to plug it. They made a hole in my tire to fit the biggest plug they have which ultimately made it unrepairable... now Im forced to buy a tire outside of this terrible business. And to add insult to injury they didnt tighten up my wheel correctly so as I was driving out of the lot I hear a terrible grinding noise from the wheel rubbing against the hub and as they were pulling it into the lot I see that the tech put the lift jacks on my mud flaps bending it far enough to rub on my tires as you turn the wheel. Of course they take no fault and doesnt even offer to fix it up until I ask to see the manager, who apparently was the one I was speaking with majority of the time... UNREAL. I will be filing a complaint with corporate. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this unethical and incompetent business.

I have been using Tires Plus, this chain and others, for the past 5 or 6 years. Every experience I have had (or my girlfriend has had) has been positive. They always seem to have the best prices on tires, oil changes, and repairs. I am not an easy person to please and am a stickler when it comes to my vehicles,

Got a flat on my way to work this morning and was not far from this Tires Plus, so I turned around and stopped in. They were able to get me in and out in about an hour so I wasnt too late for work and they did a great job repairing my flat tire. Thanks a bunch guys!

I had some concerns with the initial sale and had to return to for price verification and warranty costs. The staff tries to multi-task a little too much. Would have been a much more pleasant experience if the follow-up conversation was the initial conversation.

Ive had bad experiences at other tires plus stores, but this one is top notch. Have had nothing but good experiences at this place. They are honest and provide good recommendations for what needs to be done and what can wait until next visit.
