Fnesco Car Care Center does not care about your car. I had brought my vehicle in for inspection and when I went to pick it up it had a large gash on the left side by the rear wheel. I pointed it out to one of the mechanics and received nothing but excuses and non-apologies in return. He told me there was no way to be sure the damage was done by the shop (it was in their possession for 2 days and the scratch was brand new) but agreed to try to buff it out. While I was waiting for them to fix the damage the mechanic working on it walked away and began helping other customers for around 20 minutes. If you mess up on the job, fixing it should be priority #1. Selling cars to walk-in customers should go on the back burner until you fix the situation. Needless to say this was a frustrating experience. The mechanic did not want to take responsibility for the damage and had a very dismissive attitude about it, like it was no big deal. After waiting for an hour the mechanic finished buffing the transferred paint from the damaged area but there were still scratches and a visible dent from the impact. It was passable so I decided not to involve their insurance agency. For the sake of a fair review the service they did on my car was decent and they were fairly quick getting it done, although at the end of the day I can not recommend you take your vehicle here. The nonchalant attitude after damaging a customers car outweighs the passable service they provide.

Dont take your car here if you bought it from his next door neighbor at 4 rides llc. the guy at 4 rides MAKES you go to him in order for the dealer to pay for work preformed within your warranty. was there and had work done. he dates the invoice the date it is paid (which is supposed to be paid by the dealer if your in there for work within your warranty). anyway. dealer doesnt pay until a week later. so your stuck with bills that are incorrect. he doesnt put date vehicle was in anywhere on it. which is illegal per the automotive code. so if you have to sue the guy you bought the car from, his bills wont do you any good. was also told "the dealer is cheap". a part that should have been put in my car, was not put in the first time, because the dealer didnt want to pay him to do it. great service. I was your customer, not him.

Very Nice Lobby/Lounge Area with the NICEST Customer Restroom that I have EVER seen at a repair shop anywhere! The Techs are very well informed and candid about educating the customers about caring for their cars. They took great care of my mothers car and my car and I would recommend them to any of my family or friends!

Good and Dependable garage. Found them because they were one of the garages in the area recommended by AAA. Started going to them back in 2001 and have been going there ever since. Also one of the few places that has Saturday hours.
