I work in office bldg. next door so believe me, I wanted this to work out.... Took Lexus SUV for inspection this winter. They advised that tire pressure light had to be off, even though it has been on since weve had the car. So they charged us to install sensors, or whatever, and 4 new tires. Great, the light was out. The next morning, one of the tires was completely flat. Well thank goodness they made it safer. took it back and they kept it for about 4 days. Will told me he was waiting for a part and that the dealers didnt have it. He IDd the part and I called Wilkie Lexus who said they have it. Finally got car back. Drove it for a couple days. Tire pressure light went back on and its been on ever since. I wouldnt even take your lawmower here. Paid a few hundred to get warning light out, and all I got was a flat tire and the light on anywhere. Gee thanks.

Love this place so much, I drive 80+ miles to get here!!! Ray has always taken excellent care of my baby! I have taken three cars to him now over the course of the last 8 years and he has never once done me wrong! Hes always very up front about every issue my cars have had and will often discount services because hes just a nice guy like that!
