Lots of nasty bitter workers who do not want to be there. Follow you around the store like a criminal. I often hear employees gossiping and acting better than me. They abuse the return policy and said a very lightly used palette was not able for return when I saw other women returning almost entirely used up eyeliner pencils and half used lipsticks. Acted surprised that I could afford $100 worth of products and didnt use coupons. Very condescending. Called the manager about it and she didnt care. Dont go here. Go to macys instead better deals like free gifts ans ship money back easy returns and excellent customer service.

Girlfriend stopped in Today (Sat. 6/18/16) to get some things. Nobody greeted her. She walked around the store looking for something, and nobody seemed to notice; care; or attempt to help her locate what she was trying to find. She had enough, left and found what she was looking for at Target for about the same price. She didnt have a problem with the professionalism or friendliness of the staff was at Target. Id expect this kind of unprofessionalism at some ghetto hair store, but not at a company that touts itself on "personalized service, fun and inviting stores". Too bad, I cant give less than 1 star.

I always love going in here. When I ask about brands that are well known in the beauty community but are not in that store, the employees (that I have asked) have know clue what Im talking about. They look at me like my head is backwards.

Love this store and customer service. I didnt know they cut hair. Have been back at least 4x and you have to search and search for help during the week. Not sure if they were short staffed.

Huge variety of makeup, hair and nail products. Theres also a salon in the back of the store that offers hair cuts and treatments.

Liked, but very expressive. If Money was not a issue I would make this my favorite spot for hair and makeup.
