My experience for my first time here was beyond horrible. Besides being recommended to me by a friend of mine, it all went downhill with the lack of knowledgable stylist Maggie, I had. She was personally recommended by the owner and allegedly does amazing work! Well I would like to see what work she has done because she was god awful. I came in with plenty of pictures and thoroughly voiced what I wanted. It must have been her first day on the floor because she had to stop what she was doing to constantly ask other ppl what to do. I understand if you have a quick question and want to ask your peers, but not for every aspect of the appointment. Throughout my time there I asked her if everything was going well, that that color was coming out nicely, and she reassured me everything was going well and was so excited for the color. She had issues with it lightening up, I asked if the dryer would help, it seems like she needed her hand held the entire time like a toddler. The color which she convinced me to do the balayage technique which came out splotchy, yellow and completely not like the picture. This technique is obviously new to her so perhaps she shouldve practiced more before she went to offering it to clients. Fast forward to the monstrosity of the hair cut she gave me. I explained what kind of hair I have to help her and her cut was way off. Her bangs were pathetic and its not reassuring to a client when I ask for them, and she has to run over to someone else and ask how to cut them. She cut the bangs exactly how I told her NOT to and when she tried to fix them she butchered them even more. When she could see I was not happy she became very snippy and said that she "did what I asked" & that she "cut them to guidelines". No she failed horribly, miserably and the scary fact is that she thought she did a good job! Except that she wouldnt even hold up a mirror showing me the back of my hair to show me how horrible it looked, I had to wait for another salon who had to correct her mess to do that. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt but when I voiced my dissatisfaction to the owner she also got very argumentative with me. Like Im the one who messed up. I had to go to another salon to fix this nightmare and waste more money, and the stylist there said "what did she do to you?? This is horrible and so amateur." Needless to say, I will never come back and to the point that I dont want anyone in that salon coming near my head to even correct it. If the owner vouches that she does amazing and wonderful work then thats a serious concern, even after I told her that My hair needs to be left to the pros. This goes to show that I shouldve stayed at a real salon and not one that will just hire anyone, knowledgable or not. I wish I could rate this 0 because thats what it deserves for stylists, & lack of customer service.

I was there Saturday morning with my girlfriend. She got a haircut and dyed. It was horrible. The dye came out yellow(it was supposed to be blonde,not highlighter yello). Not only was the color totally wrong it was spotty and blotchy. Now to the cut. Her bangs were terrible, the poor girl has to keep them pinned back until the grow in. Seriously a blind 12 year old with box dye could of done better. The worst part is the owner of the salon highly recommended the stylist who did the atrosity to her. The owners solution was for her to comeback Tuesday for another stylist to fix it. Yeah right like we are going to trust her recommendations again. So we left there and had to go to another salon to get her hair corrected. So basically we flushed almost 100 dollars down the drain.Just now when I called to cancel the next appointment, the receptionist asked "Would you like to reschedule?" And I said absolutely not. Before I could say another word she hung up. So I give them 1 star because zero isnt an option. So not only are they terrible at their job, they have horrible customer service.

Went there with my sister for a day spa package. The "massage therapist" talked and talked the entire time.....would not be quiet for 5 minutes. The 30 minute facial ended after 18 minutes and the pedicure person wouldnt crack a smile at all. Maybe we both got the staff on a bad day, I dont think so.

They are incredibly expensive and honestly do not do that great of a job. I went there a few years ago to get my hair cut and dyed. They ended up stripping my hair and chopping off too much. The bill was an unbelievable $130 . I never went back. Maybe Im just cheap and picky, but I dont think so.

I got my prom hair done here and I blown away by the work! The curls were so when done they were still in the next day and my hair doesnt good curl very well! Staff is wonderful and fun to talk to and every stylist here does amazing hair, highly recommend!
