I left my car in great condition. It was returned with a door ding and scratches under the door from a mechanics boot. The door sill plate was kicked off by another careless mechanic. Would have complained right then but did not realize the extent of the scratches and dent. Also, it was late in the day and I had to get the car to AAMCO before they closed. You see, John refused to do the original repair because he told me he could not make enough money off of it to justify doing it. When I called him about the damages, he did not return my call. When I went into the shop to confront him to find a solution, he said "did not happen here." and refused to look at the significant scratching, dent and plate or talk to me. Then, after I left, he calls and leaves this long message saying I am the one lying. What a man! Take your car here at your own risk and be prepared to pay out the nose for nothing but dishonesty. Hate to leave this message because I had good service once. Be aware of who you leave your car with and dont think that it will be cared for at AutoPro. BTW, Aamco fixed it with no problem, quickly and did not need to scrath and dent it to do it.

We ve just moved in USA from Europe and our first service was in Auto pro.We were amazed with everything they did for us. Great service, amazing people there and we will remember that whole of our lives. We are so happy because this kind of people still exist. Always great service-for years at my old garage I kept telling them about my A/C problem and the clicking noises when I idle with the A/C on. They kept telling me they couldnt find anything wrong. Auto Pro found the problem right away. I dont think the other place even looked at it. I love Auto Pro, and wont go anywhere else!

Good Service but this is only because they have dedicated people who only answer phones and fill out paperwork. This causes them to charge almost double compared to the smaller shops. Id rather deal with a smaller shop with smaller prices.

Such a great place! When we brought our truck for inspection everyone was very nice. We needed some repairs and they never tried to talk me into anything. We fixed it and had it in 2 days later. Great great service!

Keep taking car back to fix the same problems that arent being fixed. Dealership was paying for the service so the customer service is atrocious, kept car for over two days for minor foxes

Only good if your vehicle requires an oil change. a 50% percent markup on all part and the hourly labor is outrageous for non-ASE certified techs.
