The winter packages Lords and Ladies promoted this holiday season was one my friends and I had looked forward to receiving. We communicated with representatives from the location prior to our arrrival to ensure smooth sailing for a much needed spa day. To our lack of knowledge we were scheduled for services outside the promotion that was being advertised such as full pedicure vs. mini pedicure. After our long day we proceeded to the register where the cashier stated "they do not offer packages only suggestions." Even with confirmation for what we were offered via email and the original advertisement and proof of communication, the management and customer service representatives refused to honor the promotion. Moreover a stylist then insulted my friend and I referring to us as "you people". In the subsequent days I was harassed by the staff who called and emailed on several occasions. Needless to say I will not be returning to this establishment and would not recommend it.

Ive been seeing a chiropractor for some time who has helped me immensely with some back and neck pain I had been having. But he has no massage therapist on staff. I was experiencing some additional muscle tension and pain in my back and neck area that I knew was muscular in nature. I was fortunate enough to be introduced to Anthony at the Exeter Lords and Ladies. He was excellent! I didnt require attention to my whole body and he was more than accommodating in concentrating on my entire back, neck and shoulder area for my entire hour. His technique is wonderful and did stretches with me as well. I could not have asked for a better experience. I wish I could afford to see him once a month! I cant see him that often, but he will be seeing me again in about six months. I highly recommend him! In my past I was also a massage therapist so I have some basis for evaluation. Consider this a rave review!

Everything was going good until alittle after half way done my stylists other appt was there so another lady came & said she has to go start her make up an she will finish curling my hair. The curls were different & i had some pieces not curled very noticeable since i have long straight hair. I showed her a picture of the small simple braid i wanted. My braid looked nothing like the picture also it was very sloppy, I could of braided it better. I been to lords & ladies a few times and never had a bad experience like this one. For the price i paid i expected more and i dont mind paying the price knowing i will walk out of there looking amazing. Especially since we are having prom pictures done. Very disappointed

Fantastic experience! The customer service on the phone was top notch and barely any wait time. I also had to change my appointment a few times and they were very accommodating. Very schwanky and for a $40 something hair cut the scenery matches the price. Coffee, water etc. Athena was very nice and helped me with my horribly damaged and ripped out hair and gave simple techniques that fit my lifestyle to repair the damage. Ill definitely return, now that I have a timeline on how long it will take to repair the damage feels like theres hope. FYI their products are a bit pricey but less is more and you get what you pay for.

Had a great experience!! I got an appointment right away for the day and time needed! This was my first time here. I wanted my nails done for a wedding I was in. The technician (Lisa) was super nice and very friendly!!! I had a gel French manicure done with some nail art and I must say she did a fabulous job! I am very pleased with the overall experience. Also, a few days later, I got a followup call (Im guessing it was a manager or maybe the owner I dont remember), but I thought that was very nice! I dont usually get my nails done, but I may just have to go back! :)

I bought my wife a gift card to lords and ladies for Mothers Day. My wife went in today to get her hair colored. She came back home with hair dye past her hair line in the front and the back of her neck, cleaning pads were used but did not remove the left over dye. I called back to bring it to theyre attention. Nothing was done to fix the left over dye on her neck or forehead. Note, that it came out to 62$ (The entire gift card) Just to get her roots dyed. I feel that it is unacceptable especially for the price.

Brandi Reinert of Exeter Lords and Ladies Salon did a partial highlight and trim on me and even came to me when I was inpatient for two months at the hospital. She did a great job and was easy to work with. My hair looked great, natural, and was just what I was looking for. She was efficient and I highly recommend her!

I was only there once but loved it (and I will be returning) Justine did my hair she was soooo sweet and helpful. The establishment is beautiful inside too! Personally the only issue for us was they didnt accept Amex (oh well).

Ladies did a fantastic job on my hair. Ive had nails and toes done here before and also a massage which was amazing. Beautiful inside, upscale. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Pricey.
