I showed a picture to Kaitlyn of how I wanted my hair and she did a phenomenol job with my baylage. I was very upset leaving because I was getting the run around on prices that I got over the phone vs coming in and Kaitlyn telling me what the cost is before hand and Im leaving expecting those prices but go to check out and its way higher. After explaning my side to the receptionist she got the manager because the sylist basically called me a liar. Long story short the manager was very nice and accomodating. He listened to what I had to say and never said I was wrong for being mad or that I should not be mad. He even explained why the price might be a little different from what I was originally quoted. He even gave me a free bag of little travel things and honored the price. He told me to come back again. I definetly will because my hair came out great and despite the mix up I love how the manager handled the situation!

I went to Trilogy to have my hair done for my wedding. Ive had my hair done for numerous other occasions (proms, etc.) at other salons, but wanted to give Trilogy a try because of its location and reputation. However, I was very disappointed with the results. As I mentioned before, Ive gotten my hair done before, and each time the style stayed until I chose to take it down. Usually when you get your hair done, it becomes a hassle to take it down because it is so glued in place, but at least that means it stays up throughout your entire event. My updo from Trilogy started to fall down only a few hours after it was completed, even though I was very cognizant of my hair and as such was making sure I did nothing to disrupt it. By the time I walked down the aisle, my hair was a mess, completely falling down. It looked horrible and its that way in all of the pictures. I will never go to Trilogy again.

I went to Trilogy about a year ago and got a very bad haircut. I understand that most people (including myself) are a little "surprised" at first when they get a haircut and dont love it immediately, so I waited to style it myself the next day before making my judgment. To my amazement, my hair was at LEAST a complete inch longer on one side than the other! It was extremely noticeable to everyone around me. They fixed it (even the stylist was like "Holy crap!"), but... it still wasnt worth the hassle. I had a Peruvian stylist... Julimar, maybe? It was an unusual name. Anyway, I go to a girl in K.C. in Philly now at a salon called "Luna". Its amazing! Also, John... if you want people to come to your salon, its not a good idea to blame the clients for stylist-client miscommunications! It makes me want to avoid Trilogy for everything, now!!!

Hair & Waxing Im in Delaware for grad school so needed to find a place to get my hair done for the holidays. Im usually a brunette but decided to go for the ombre look (lighter on the bottom while still dark at the roots) and get a nice layered cut. The cut was PERFECT but the color didnt come out quite the way I wanted. I called in the next day and they re-scheduled me right away to have it fixed to my liking free of charge! They were so accommodating and my color turned out great the second time around. As for the waxing, I saw Bobbi and she is really wonderful! I would definitely recommend this place to a friend, in fact, I did.

I live in DC but my mom is in DE so when I go see her, I sometimes visit Triology. I had a hair cut once there and I didnt like it at all. My general sense about the hair stylists was that they are not that knowledgeable about hair care, products, etc. However their pedi and mani services were great. After the pedi, my feet felt so soft and smooth and it lasted for many days afterwards. I received pedicure three times and it was all good. I got a facial done once. Their facial was okay or about average and nothing special but I would definitely visit them again for facial since it is a lot cheaper than in DC.

I have been going to Trilogy Salon & Spa for many years. When I make appointments, the girls at the desk are always pleasant, helpful and patient. I go to Pam and she is fabulous. She understands me and what I like. She makes great suggestions and is not put out if I dont listen however...I always follow her suggestions because she has never steered me wrong. She is always pleasant and most of all...always does a great job. I never feel like she is rushing me, even when the salon is packed with people. Love this place and I adore my stylist Pam!

Many years ago I received a letter from Pam telling me she took over for the stylist I had gone to in the past. She was offering a free haircut if I was willing to come in and give her a try. Well, I have been going to Trilogy ever since. I always love my cut. I have also discovered Bobbie! She is a wonder. I go to her for waxing and facials, and when she stopped doing massages she recommended I go to Grace. I have never had a bad experience with any of them. In fact just the opposite. I am always recommending Trilogy to my friends.

Worst experience. Had a straightening treatment a few years back. The stylist either used the wrong strength or applied it incorrectly. Burnt practically all hair off my head. It was breaking off by the handful. The owner tried to tell me it was my shampoo and would do nothing for me. When my hair grew back it was frizzy and uncontrollable. Had to get japanese straightener for 2 years to control. I will never use this salon again. They have no integrity.

I was recommended Trilogy by a friend who has been coming here for years. Shes moved to Tennessee, but still has family in the area and so waits until shes back to get her hair cut. I visited Jeremy on her recommendation and he did a great job cleaning up a bad hair cut I had gotten a few months previous. Ill definitely be back to see him. Flora was also very good for waxing (shes the only one there who uses hard wax, so if you want that, ask for her!).

I asked for a bayalage touch up and got allover highlights ( more expensive) plus over virgin roots she used bleach ruining my ombre. I asked for her to fix it and she was never available. My roots are dark with white highlights (lighter than the ends), plus the top is ashy and the bottom is golden. Lastly she over processed my hair, so its too damage to fix. Ruined my hair on my 30th birthday.

It was the worst pedicure and manicure in my life! I will never be going there or recommending anyone to go. If I could, I would post pictures of smudged nail polish around my toes, and my cuticles were not even cleaned up. It also applies to my finger nails. The girl barely touched my cuticles. It was the worst I ever had and the most expansive mistake. Front desk with an attitude and snotty!
