Every time I go in there I have a great experience. Myesha cut my hair and did amazing in may. And I go and get my eye brows waxed there as well. The two ladies did great with that to. Dont remeber there names. And then tonight. Shannon cut my 4 year Olds hair. Last night she got some toys stuck in her hair and I had to cut them out. Shannon did great with fixing it and she was great with my daughter. Talked to her the whole time. And styled it for her with a curling iron so shes have a "princess look". Very happy with my experience there.

Awful customer service. I made an appointment 3 days in advance with a girl named Shannon who told me she would be the one doing my hair. When I showed up for my appointment she said she had a walk in perm come in, so she didnt have time to do my hair. Then she lied to my face and said she didnt even know she had an appointment scheduled, when shes the one that scheduled it! Didnt even have the decency to call me and tell me! My name and phone number were written right in her little book. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

Ive been a loyal customer their for years and recently they hired a few aweful "stylists" one perticular is Shannon, unfriendly, terrible service, and doesnt seem like she cares about you. Recently got my hair cut by her and let me tell you it was an extreamly unsatasfying experiance.

Horrible customer service. Asked for my cut a certain way and then when it wasnt to my liking the stylist argued with me about what I asked for. She spent literally 5 minutes on my hair, she was very heavy handed and it felt like she didnt care what it looked like in the end.

Arrived to kids 3 kids haircuts. Customer service was not pleasant. 4 hair stylist were working as we were waiting. Now we are next in line with 3 people waiting behind us and 2 hair stylist take break at the same time. Will never come back!
