I just moved to town and desperately needed a hair cut and some color. I went in to this location a couple hours before close. I was the only one there when I walked in. This almost had me turn around but Im so glad I didnt. Victoria came out and greeted me and I instantly felt welcomed. I asked for a trim up and a few layers as I want to grow my hair out for my wedding in October and some highlights. I have never been so pleased with a hair cut and highlights. Victoria hit the nail on the head. Without me explaining very well the cut I wanted she did a beautiful job and got the color perfect. I wanted something more natural and not so stark. She also did a perfect job cleaning up my eyebrows for me. We had great conversation that didnt feel forced or intrusive. I will definitely go back to see Victoria, I have found my new hair stylist here in York! Thank you again Victoria for the beginning of many great hair days!

I took a picture off the web and I got nothing even close to it!!! I am aware that it wont be exactly like the pic but it was so bad I had to go to Great Clips to have it fixed and I was hesitant to go there but thank god they have experienced hairdressers at GREAT CLIPS!!! I felt like I was in a school because the girl cutting my hair had to call her boss over to make sure she was getting an angle right? I should have jumped out of that chair but I trusted the Owner would not let me leave unhappy.....WRONG!! Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place!!!

Horrible staff, knows nothing, cant cut, dye, or even clean, the place is gross. Stupidly decided to do go here on a Sunday, had a sitter short notice. Ended up being there 3.5 hrs for dye, highlight, cut! Ok, paid almost $200. Wasnt happy, was told to look in the morning. I DID.... and cried. The only ray of sun was the manager Chelsea who corrected my dye and cut!!!! It did cost me another 2.5 hrs. and my baby was not happy! Mind you it wasnt what I originally asked for, too much damage was done!!!!!

Brought the stylist a picture off the hair cuttery website, she got it completely wrong. When I asked them to fix it, they basically told me I was wrong bc I didnt specify what I wanted... obviously a picture OFF THEIR WEBSITE, under the section that says "print this picture, bring it to your stylist, and well give you this look", was clearly not specific enough. Will NOT be returning to them ever again.

By far the worst experience Ive had. After a lengthy discussion about what i wanted to do, my stylist proceeded to do NOTHING we talked about. Butchered is hardly a strong enough word. Do yourself a favor... spend the money and go somewhere else.
