The hair cuttery at this location has greatly gone down hill. I used to love going to get my hair cut here. Great atmosphere, great people, quick times. The last time I went in wasnt completely satisfied with the cut or the stylist but I only go 1-2 times a year so it wasnt a big deal. She didnt seem to want to be bothered because I wasnt regular enough for her. When I tried to go there recently they told me a 30 min wait. Not a big deal. I wait the 30 min in which 3 different stylists have finished and disappeared, not taking anyone else. I inquire where I am on the list because they told me 30 min but not to go far because it could be less and they dont want me to get called over and then wait longer. I still have 5 people in front of me! I understand they were busy thats fine, but dont tell me 30 minutes when there is at a minimum an hour and a half wait IF all of their stylists were working but easily 3 hours since 3 of them disappeared. I never would have signed in because I had other things to do. I instead wasted my time because they didnt want to lose out on a sale. I dont like doing negative posts I feel like there is so much negativity these days but I dont like to have my time wasted and on false information and I dont want others to waste their time either.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this location. I have been to a Hair Cuttery where the woman told me I had bad hair and needed her help. I went to another location where the stylist told me she didnt have time to flat iron my hair but "thats ok cause its straight enough." This Hair Cuttery experience was the exact opposite. I was welcomed kindly, I was taken care of, I was heard, and I was given exactly what I wanted and more. There was a style that I wanted but my phone wouldnt bring up the picture. I explained it to the stylist and she shared my excitement. Then, she gave me options, talked me through it, told me how to care for it, and got started. The customer service displayed at this location was top notch. The store is clean, the stylists are professional, the music was nice, and the products are great. I cannot wait to go back there and be treated like a rock start. Now, to find someplace to go show off my new do!

I usually go to the Lusby Hair Cuttery as it is closer to home but because the bridge was shut down I decided to stop at the California store instead and Im so glad that I did! I had such a great experience that I just had to write a review. The customer service was excellent. My stylist Steven was so professional and knowledgeable, he answered all of my questions and helped me pick out product that I felt comfortable with and would cover my needs. My hair looks and feels great. I will definitely be visiting this location again!

My hair looked great. But, they were very pricey I paid $30 dollars to have my air washed and straightened . The woman doing my hair was very sweet- just one problem. After washing my hair it appeared she was in distraught due to the fact they were out of clean towels rather than walking to the back to get a clean towels, she pulled a DIRTY TOWEL out of the dirty clothes bin and USED it on MY HAIR. It was DISGUSTING!

I have been coming to this location since I moved here 6 years ago. I have never been disappointed with the level of customer service nor the end result of whatever Ive had done to my hair or to both of my sons. You can make an appointment if you dont want to wait as their client base is mostly on a walk-in basis but they do their best to tend to every customers needs in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.

I never go and get my hair done! I usually just die it myself and have it cut at great clips. I thought I would treat myself uugghh what a awful experience i was there for over 3 hrs while the girl that was doing my hair took other clients while working on mine. The end result i had hair dye all over my neck and forehead stained there. Awful job not sure how she has a cosmetology license.

It will take two years for my hair to grow back. It looks like a weed eater chopped it up. All I wanted was a trim. The manager did it. I will never go back.

the left side of my head was two inches longer than the right. They also screwed up my color and it was $130. Yes $130 for cut, color and highlights.

Not a bad salon at all. Pretty typical for a chain. My family has had several cuts here and we were pleased with the prices and the service.
