I usually never write a review, but since Im driving home with a depressed 16 year old bursting into tears I need to. My sister has golden hair. Not naturally. She cant get rid of the color, shes had it for years. Shes tried going back to her natural hair color many times by using Walmart/ Sally hair dyes but her hair would turn green. All she wants is to go back to her natural brown color. So we went to hair cuttery. They were very friendly they colored her hair the light brown color she desired. But.. Theres a but, it only lasted a week. Some saw green in her hair even. But it was back to her gold color. She is so sweet she didnt want to call the salon until a majority of people told her she should she did. We went back to get her hair redone, during we were asked a lot of times If we colored it since last being in. We did not and kept saying NO! Which now brings me to the point why Im writing this review. I drove home with a depressed girl bawling. I can now hear her in the shower crying as shes trying to scrub her hair color out. Why because we chose a capaccino color and got almost what looks like black.

PROS: -Usually a short wait. -9 times out of 10 Ive received the haircut I asked for. -My hair always feels so soft and clean after a shampoo and a blow-dry there. -Affordable CONS: -Professionalism: One time the shampooer was massaging my scalp with a hand that had clearly just been holding a cigarette. Not a good smell. -It can be difficult to actually schedule an appointment. I tried twice one week because I was limited for time, but since I didnt have a particular girl in mind they would NOT let me make one. It was super frustrating. -Friendliness of the staff. One of the workers (shall not be named) dyed my hair blonde. She wasnt happy with the results (came out caramel colored), so she told me to come in the next day and she would fix it. I came in, she processed my hair further, I thought that was that. The next time I was in for a haircut, I got the same hairdresser, who made comments about my hair like "girl, this hair is super fried and processed." I dont think she realized that she was the one who dyed it! Oops.

This was the first time getting my hair done at the salon. I asked for a same day appointment do to a busy schedule and toddler. The stylist told me she could do my hair in between a root touch up. A little skeptical at first but I respected her honesty. We discussed pricing and she was honest that she might not be able to get me as light as I wanted do to my already processed hair and price range. I was also happy for her experience. My finished product was nice not as light as I wanted it to be but also still healthy and beautiful. I got a highlight ombre affect. With a toner, deep conditioning, haircut, and blow dry for $110. Not bad pricing!

Pros: Staff was friendly. Wait time was minimal. Products are good and prices are okay. Cons: Stylist did not give me the haircut in the pictures I brought. Unethical- additional fees were NOT brought up before services began. An extra fee for "long hair" was not mentioned until AFTER I had already gotten my hair shampooed. I wont be back. Im not interested in having to regrow odd, unblended layers *yet again* in the front just to get the actual haircut I wanted nor am I interested in having additional fees sprung on me after Im already on the hook for services rendered.

I went there on whim, Sunday afternoon....just desperate to get a hair cut. I had low expectations going to a chain beauty salon. Samantha cut my hair and she is awesome! I have curly longer hair and she cut it in a way that made it fun and bouncy! She blew dry it wavy and it was gorgeous! Plus it was cheap! OMG....I couldnt believe it! Samantha, you earned the tip I gave you! Wish I would have found you sooner!

I am very picky about my hairstylists...I have paid extreme amounts of money only to walk out unsatisfied. Im new to the area and I came to this salon on a whim, desperately needing a cut. The stylist was quick, professional, and thorough. She made sure she understood exactly what I wanted. The price was reasonable, and I was a walk in and was helped immediately.

Walk in, no wait for two of us, although we would have gladly waited. The customer service was great. The ladies were very helpful in helping me learn how to manage my extremely curly frizzy hair without looking like a greaseball. Will definitely go back. Cheapest and best haircut I have gotten in a LONG time.

This place is a bit inconsistent. If you want a good haircut, ask for Lisa, and make an appointment, because this place gets busy, and a lot of people ask for Lisa because she is the best stylist at this place. 5 Stars for Lisa, 3 for the rest = average 4

I was happy with my haircut but the wait is ridiculous. I showed up right when the opened once and the told me it will be an hour. If they would be as concerned with their customers as they are socializing this would be a nice place.

I asked for highlights ... expected good highlights.. left with grey streaks in my hair. I missed time with my son thinking I would at least have nice hair when I left. Now Im embarrassed to even look in the mirror.

dont ever get your hair done here. the stylists are unprofessional and incapable of doing simple highlights and cuts. i went to get my hair fixed and the manager completely fried my hair. awful.

Went in for a hair cut and specifically asked for no layers and repeated it a couple times, ended up with lots of layers and and chunks missing from my hair! Never going here again!!!
