First I was told to put on this black head band to get the hair off my face and the head band had hair and white stuff all over it. Barf! Then while I was getting a procedure the assistant kept walking in and out of the room which gave me no privacy. Before I checked out I used the restroom and while I was in the bathroom I could hear two of the employees having a conversation about which procedure I had done. Not only was that so totally unprofessional but totally against the law. Procedures there use to be ok. That was my 5th time there and never again. I know others that had different bad experiences there as well. I only post this because that last time really upset me:/

After having a bad experience and actually writing a bad review on here already I have decided to write a second on their professionalism. After reading my review here on yelp, Heather, the owner, contacted me to let me know how sorry she was about what had happened and that she would refund me my money. I was impressed with the way she handled everything in my case, and am very glad that she contacted me. I think that there was just a lack of communication between aesthetician and manager. Heather was very professional and pleasant to deal with, which is definitely great business.

NO STAR.....NOT RECOMMENDING, LEBO SKIN CARE, YORK PA! Spent $1546 on Valuma only to receive negative compliments! When I explained to Stacey my disappointment and that I was asked if i was tired and another asked if my dog scratched me! NOT what I expect when spending this amount of money! *****PLEASE BEWARE IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO LET THE trained staff know that you are asymmetrical and will need extra product on one side to balance yourself out.

Lebo is the only place I will ever trust with my face and skin needs. Every staff member is knowledgeable, well trained and extremely kind! They always go out of their way to make me feel comfortable and get what I need out of my visit. I love this office! Would highly recommend!
