Concerned Citizen

Horrible service, and would never trust this place with my hair, after seeing the hand-tattooed "manager" slam things around, and rudely respond to my question of whether she is alright, and her responding "Its the first thing in the morning." Really? Its already 8 minutes after the scheduled store opening time, at 9:00. I enjoyed waiting outside in the cold for those extra ten minutes. I also appreciated the greeting.. I mean rudely DEMANDING that I sit down, after you punching my phone number in the computer. I will be contacting Verizon. Secondly, this is now the third time Ive seen this "manager" bring her kid to this location, DURING BUSINESS HOURS. If the State came in and saw this? The place would be SHUT DOWN. Unbelievable. Time to contact the District Manager.

this and hair cuttery near by are awful, this part of suffolk needs to have a better selection than these places, there employees are rude and ghetto. i m not paying $14 for you to practice being lazy. hey i even have short hair and they screw it up. dont waste your time and go to bombshells in harbour view, youll pay a small fortune but its worth it in everyway. and no i dont work for them, i m just fed up with horrible service

It used to be okay until they introduced the online reservation thing, which we werent aware of. You could sit there forever and someone who signed up online would should up and get served. This is the case when I last visited so we waited forever until someone told us why. We never went back.

The staff I met were nice but when I asked for a TRIM they cut off more than I asked for then charged me the price for a haircut even though they only snipped a bit around my ears.

Got in right away without an appointment. The stylist was friendly and listened to exactly what I wanted. Haircut looked great!

Cheap quick haircuts but dont expect fancy cuts
