Most awful experience at a hair salon Ive ever had. I waited for an hour to get my hair cut because the staff thought I was waiting to get my hair colored. Then when I was getting my hair cut, the stylist was snipping the hair so that all the pieces fell into my face. My simple A-line shoulder length cut turned into a botch job and now I have tone get it cut even shorter in order for the hair to be evened out. There are literally chunks of hair cut out in the wrong places in the back of hair. I was so upset with the cut that a burst into tears once I left the salon. I want a different stylist to fix my hair because I dont feel I should have to pay for it but Im scared it will turn out even more awful and then Ill end up with a pixie cut to fix another mess:( UPDATE: I went back and the manager was more than happy to fix my cut for free. She did a great job fixing the cut while trying to keep as much as the length as possible. She also highlighted my hair exactly the way I wanted it. So my second time going in there was a much more pleasant experience!

Ive had issues with hair cutteries before with my own hair, but i figured maybe they just dont know how to do my hair. I brought my son in today to get his hair done. There was a wait and thats not a problem. The hair stylist Janet was really rude. I had stated that i have given his hair cut before and my husband and i were joking about how sometimes its not the best, i said it wasnt so bad. She gave this look like oh another one of those parents, and rolled her eyes. She asked what kind of cut and he said a longer version of a high and tight. "Well a high and tight is going to be really short here." He has gotten a h and t for a good portion of his life. For her to say that the way she said it was just disrespectful. We are both completely unsatisfied with his haircut and will not be going there again. There was a courtesy tip for the work she did.

pure garbage and I mean pure. The stylist refused to follow simple instructions based on a huge picture and verbally and instead ruined my hair. Then I had to pay for each foil on dye that will fall out in less than a month because it was a cheap product. Absolutely ridiculous I told them I would not be returning but they could care less. Avoid this place at all costs they do not deserve anyones business or to be even in business. Also over three hours in a chair that should of took a hour and a half but because the stylist did such a poor job it all had to be redone for another hour and a half and my hair looks horrible anyways, the worst in williamsburg bar none.

I had my hair cut here over a year ago but just got into reviewing businesses online. I went in and got my hair cut, the stylists seemed to take her time and talked to me about what i wanted. I thought i had a good experience, except when i got to my car and realized she had left cut hair on my nose and all over the back of my neck. The two girls at the register looked me in the face while i paid and then let me walk out of there without saying anything. Dont go here, very unprofessional.

I got my hair cut by Miranda, which she was great!!! After I had finished up, I realized I had locked my keys in my car, and the ladies in there did everything they could do for me to help me out! My faith in humanity was restored when I experienced a hair cut at this particular hair cuttery, not only was the hair cut great, they went above and beyond just a hair cut, they helped me get my keys out of my car!!!!

I had the best service today with Tiffany. She listened to what I wanted and she went above and beyond any stylist ever did. Tiffany explained why she is cutting a certain way, and then suggested what to do with my hair. In the end I am very HAPPY with my hair cut! Thank you Tiffany!

I have had nothing but great experiences with Tina. She is flexible, she treats my hair so well and I dont have the waiting drama of a typical hair salon. I moved to TN and no one here touches my hair. She is worth the wait until I get home.

Super Disappointing. I realize I allowed myself to get a discount haircut, however being forced out of the chair, the stylist double booking herself, and a regular customer showing up, is no excuse to have to suffer a bowl cut.

Im a regular customer of Tina and she is awesome at cutting my hair, which is difficult. I keep mine pretty short and she is very experienced and skilled at cutting mens hair.
