So, I have been growing my hair out for a LONG time....I went into get a haircut, specifically requested a master stylist so I would NOT get my hair jacked up. She was very nice, but I asked her to cut off 1/4 of an inch ( I am a hair stylist myself so I actually know what 1/4 of an inch is), so she starts in the back, of course, and by the time I can tell what she is doing it is TOO late. Unfortunately, not only does she take an inch off but she takes off +1 1/4 inches....never going back. She gives people like us hair stylists a bad name, should have gone to AVEDA!

Im a patient person who usually gets my haircut here without any problems. But after waiting for one hour when Im told twenty minutes I had enough. Never going back. Lost my business for life. Do not lie to customers about the wait time. I simply could have come back the next day. Im trying to hold back insulting math jokes here.

Alex is simply the best. Ive had problems in the past with hairstylist from grown companies like this and the first time I came in it was like I was talking to a friend I havent seen in awhile and now 7 months later she is doing my hair for my wedding. Ive gotten colors, cuts, the whole thing and Alex never lets me down!

Cant do layers. Theyre not supposed to be blunt, straight across, see every single layer when you ask me if choppy layers are good. I know what choppy layers are because Ive had them for years and what I have now not that.

I went to kim with long hair down my back.. She gave me a perm and now I have three inches of hair left.. Never go here!!! And they dirty
