I want in to trim my hair after growing out a pixie cut for 5 months. I told the stylist, Kim, to just get rid of the mullet I had developed. She tried to tell me a way she could help it grow even but I couldnt understand her. So she just said shorter at the bottom. Next thing i know the lower third of my head is shaved off. I almost cried. Bu I took a breath and asked her to at least blend it, even if she just takes it back to a short pixie cut. She just made it worse. I sat in silence and cried the second I left. I didnt even know how to express how upset I was because she couldnt understand me and just kept saying my hair was so damaged and it only looked jacked up because of my roots and that she had to cut it like this. Im devistated and cant afford to fix it. Especially not before my husbands work holiday party. Im so embarrassed. Update, I called to talk to the manager and she brought me in to fix it. She did what she could (it was a bit of a lost cause for the most part) and was very apologetic. I really appreciate how much care she took to make sure I was ok after it all. I think the business of as a whole is very worth a visit.

I had an appointment set up elsewhere, when I arrived a little late I was told I couldnt be seen because there was an appointment booked after me and they were there early. I recently had surgery on my leg and the first shower was hard enough. I couldnt do anything to my hair. I just wanted a nice shampoo and blow dry to feel nice again, to look nice. Regis came to the rescue. I was upset and in pain and the ladies sat me down instantly, Marie accommodated my leg having to rest straight, my chair was locked and she went around and around instead of spinning my chair so I could relax and prop my leg. She did a phenomenal job, put in an extra purple shampoo and really spent time on me. Then to the blow dry she worked so hard to make it perfect and it feels and smells amazing. I will definitely be returning.

I have had my hair cut here by Kim, Marie, Henry, Robin & others over the past few years. I come in 3-4x a year for a deep condition and trim. They have all done a great job with my (incredibly long - just to my hip bone) hair. It is rare that I call, I usually just pop in and someones available to assist me right away. The only "con" is the price ($54 for a shampoo + cut for such long hair.) but thats to be expected.
