ZERO stars, even though thats not an option. There are those at this location who are incompetent when it comes to reading a calendar. I work with one stylist there who is terrific and knows my hair, how it grows, and how to cut it. Ive called four times this week to find out when this person would be there and been given four incorrect times. Each time I called at the times I was given, no joy. I just again called to confirm that my stylist would be there when I was told they would be there, and of course, NOT there. Apparently there are few at Great Clips/PHM who know how to read a calendar or provide reasonably accurate information. Perhaps some of the other stylists there are conspiring to fill their own calendars. I will not go back, even though that means finding another stylist.

Just got out of hospital and needed my hair cut and washed. It was the fastest wash I ever git. My hair was just as oily when she finished washing. After she cut my hair she asked if I wanted it blow dry. I said yes. She said was it ok to use brush. I said yes. To my surprise when I went to check out the hair cut went from$20.00 dollars to $40.00. I asked why. She said when you use brush it was considered a style! I felt like I had been cheated. Had I not felt bad I would have complain at the time. It didnt help that she smelled like a cigarette.

Really bad experiences have gone there a few times as I didnt know any alternatives. Staff is extremely bad and the reason for my 1 star. One time the manager cut my hair and accidentally cut a hole in my hair. I got a refund and franchise owner called me to apologize. The lady that was cutting my hair must have been hungover as she had all customers leave an left the shop a mess and closed down 30 min early.... yes she left hair all over the floor and closed the store. Stay away from this place!

I came in at 630 wanting a wash and blowout. I completely understand that it was late and they closed at 7 but the girl rushed through it my hair wasnt even dried all the way and my hair kept getting tangled in the brush to where it was putting my hair into knots. Theres certain brushes you cant use on people with stupid thick hair like mine. The girl was nice but I just wanted a nice wash and blowout to finish my stressed day and it wasnt what I got.

Friendly people, and great service. But make sure you say exactly what you want. Somehow long layers that frame the face and trim it about an inch meant chop off the front half of my hair take off over 2 inches and make me look exactly like my moms 70s high school picture... Affordable haircut, but you get what you pay for.

Came in on Tuesday morning and had a hair cut by Katina. I told her exactly what I wanted and yet came out disappointed. Too short and uneven. She didnt seem very experienced at all. Im usually happy with my haircuts at Great Clips but this was just awful.

stylist was very very nice, but my daughters hair was choppy & crooked. I had to trim it an inch more ontop of the 4 inches gone so it would look decent for school the next day.

Just ask for Sarah, David or Mia and your haircut will be fine. Those 2 work well with my kids (ages 1, 3, and 13) and cut my hair every two weeks with great results.
