Updated: after waiting for 40 minutes. One of the stylists noticed that i was waiting behind 4 people who had come in behind me. She Got me back and cut my hair. She was awesome. She also didnt charge me for the haircut. Thats what I call customer service. Changing my tune about the people working although the online check In is still a terrible advertising system. Online check in is useless. I checked in online and the site said it was going to be 35 minutes. However, upon waiting the 35 minutes and getting to the shop. The stylist if you want to call her that told me that the online check in doesnt matter and that everyone in the store was in front of me and that she could not tell me how long that I would be waiting because it could be a little while and it could be an hour. Absolutely reduculous. I have no idea why great clips should institute a policy such as online check in which makes their customers go to an extra step and effort if the effort is for nothing. Thanks great clips for helping me to decide to never come back to any of your stores. I came for convenience and I am leaving and never coming back for the same reasons.

This place is awful. I went in for a deep conditioner and trim and the stylist , Mary completely butchered my hair. It was uneven and super dry by the time I left. My hair is so short now! I received a refund for my awful haircut after having to talk with the owner. Not sure why I had to wait for a check instead of having the funds refunded to my credit card. I should have asked for a refund for my brother too. He told another stylist that he wanted only the dyed part of his hair cut (which is only the top) and the guy ended up shaving the back and sides anyway. This was just an awful experience and I will never go to Great Clips again. If I could rate this place 0, I would.

Had not been in a salon for a hair cut in a long time. I was tired of my hair, so I decided it was time to let the professionals take care of it. Found great clips online and decided to try them I was very nervous. Great service, Tina the stylist who cut my hair gives great shampoos!! Not sure which was better the haircut or shampoo. She knew exactly how to cut my hair. Short and Sassy love it. Great work Tina, will be back in a few weeks for a shape up.

My experience with the staff was fine. I went at a quiet time. The stylist was lovely. Unfortunately, although the layering and basic shape up was fine, the right side was shorter than the left and there were many choppy areas along the bottom edge of the cut. I had to take scissors to it myself to correct it.

I went during a busy Saturday, but I walked-in and immediately got a seat. This Great Clips was very clean and everyone was friendly. The best part is that it is one of the cheapest in the area. $13 for a cut. Everywhere else is $17 and up.

Horrible, the lady that cut my hair had no cutting skill at all and screwed up my hair very badly. I am horribly upset and will never go back there. The cheap 13 dollar price really reflects a poorly done hair cut

Good hair cut, friendly service. The online check-in is kind of funny, as I did an online check-in which said 0 minute wait time, but ended up waiting around 20 minutes for the hair cut.
