When I went, I asked for a cut and color. I know I was making a large request for color, as I wanted to do something different and fun, but my stylist completely disregarded that I wanted a cut as well. So when it came time to it, she seemed annoyed and I asked her to just trim it then. Well... My hair has layers, and instead of trimming all the layers, she trimmed the very bottom and now my hair has this weird, blunt cut. Not happy. When it came to my color request, she was very helpful picking out the right blue. But when she washed the color out and asked if I saw the blue (I wanted it to be pale and subtle, but definitely there) and I said no, she should have immediate tried to correct it. After all, Im paying a lot of money to get my hair done. Well instead of remedying the issue, she tried to convince me it was there. I gave up arguing and left. In a different light, I could see the color, but barely. Two days later, it washed out. Needless to say, Im not very happy with my experience.

This is probably the only salon where hair stylist gets to chose what client they would service. Waited for more than 75 mins and finally when it was my turn "choosyone" comes and chooses the client who came after me. Maybe they need to add what type of customers do they service just like softwares stating minimum hardware requirements. We customers can read the requirements and act accordingly. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

My friend cut my hair when we were drunk and messed up my bangs big time, big thank you to the salon leader for helping me fix my hair and make me feel better about it in all honesty. This little shop is really friendly, clean, well lit, and this location just opened up in January I believe. Defiantly recommend this place.
