Supercuts 4950 Monticello Avenue It was $14 for a haircut, but the ends of my hair were more jagged and uneven after the haircut...a complete waste. The girl was young and probably a cosmetology school dropout. She pulled at my hair and kept getting the comb stuck and used that stupid little water bottle which just made it worse. The scissors she used were very dull, almost like paper cutting ones. Overall, if you cant afford a real haircut youd be better off buying scissors and doing it yourself than taking a chance at Supercuts. *I later went to Shear Genius Salon (John Tyler Hwy) and they were very good and a little cheaper than other salons I called ($37 for wash/cut/dry).

When they mess your hair up so bad you dont want to tell them in fear of them "fixing" it and making it worse. I came in with a 4 angle picture of how I wanted my hair. The end result looks absolutely nothing like the picture. I know short hair cuts are hard to do but if you cant do them please just tell the customer. Now I have to go somewhere else, pay again, and go even shorter than I originally wanted just to correct the damage. I will NEVER come back to this or any supercuts ever again. The ladies working there were super friendly just could not perform the quality work o expected.

I was apprehensive when I went in, I usually get my hair cut at home (Im a student) but I came out with one of the best cuts Ive ever gotten. The girl who helped me sympathized with my thin hair and even picked out products that would help get me some much needed volume (they were even on sale!). The products have changed my hair-life forever and Ill never go back to my sad, flat bed head. Im going back!

I just left after getting a crappy $15 trim....iI was terrified to tell her I didnt like it and when I asked if she could trim THE REST OF MY HEAD she didnt seem to happy and continued to tell me why my hair didnt look even instead of just fixing it! I believe Ive had this hair for 26 years and know what it does but thank you for letting me walk out looking like a rag doll.

Awful, awful, awful. The worst haircut I have ever had - and my dad used to cut my hair in our basement when I was kid. It was so bad that I went back and had them shave it off so that now I just have a buzz cut. The only good thing - my hair will grow back. Needless-to-say, they wont be cutting it again.

I asked for a simple buzz cut that shouldve left about a 1/2 left. Instead, I my hair is now closer to 1/16th. If you want to haircut that is exactly the opposite of what you want go here. Absolutely worst haircut I have received or seen anyone get in my entire life.
